- In this video I demonstrate how to paint a realistic yet expressive still life with forsythia branches, green glass vase and a pair of metal pruning shears. This painting was completed in about 1.5 hours, but the video is sped up to about 1/3 of the time to make it more watchable. This painting is done in oil on stretched canvas using the alla prima method (wet on wet). I'm using the following colors:
Titanium white
Cadmium yellow
Yellow ochre
Cadmium red
Burnt umber
Chromium green
Ultramarine blue
and I'm using linseed oil as my medium.

Very nice.
Would love to be able to see your setup while you paint it.
I show the setup and my palate in some of my longer videos.
Mucho talento bro
Thank you. Though I have great respect for both Vincent and Andy's work.
@@alekseyvaynshteyn Amigo, cómo podría comprar un cuadro tuyo?
