Why is Every Comments Section Different for Everyone?

I had no idea that the algorithm did this as well. Learned something new today! We can all theorize as to why the comments are different for each individual. But it is concerning in a way, isn't it?

Hey man, little constructive critique, try to place the camera not directly pointing at the window. The light bleeds into your face, making it more difficult to see.

It seems like it's highlighting comments you are going to agree with or engage in. Subversive opinion reinforcement is definitely a frightening thought. How would they be able to use a comment section as evidence in court if it isn't ncluding everything for everyone? UA-cam is pushing more boundaries than I comfortable with.
