Absolutely. In my opinion its the drugs that are preventing him from growing up. Addicts that become clean, usually are stunted in emotional growth from all the years of using, and have to go through the painful process of moving past blame, to working on themselves and finally realizing that they are the problem.

Harry was 11 years old when Diana died. Last time I checked an 11 year is NOT a "teenager" but a child. Teenage era starts at 14. No child should EVER have to walk behind their dead parents coffin - attend the funeral, yes of course - but BOTH Harry and William absolutely DID NOT want to walk behind their mother's coffin. It was Prince Phillip who pushed them both into doing that. It was highly traumatizing to both boys, but William has always been level headed and not the type of person to perpetually play the Victim Role, like Harry and Meghan have turned into their lousy "brand".
