I tried doing it but my brush pens doesn’t have thin to thick or light opacity to dark 😢
Maybe you missed some steps. Take a look the Apple Pencil settings (opacity, flow...). Also you can use the sidebar to adjust your brush sizes and opacity.
My iPad won't let me import the shapes I draw :(
I'm saving it as a JPEG like in the video, but it won't let me import. What do I do?
🤔 Check the steps, maybe you missed something: save jpg - create new brush - go to the brush settings - shape - click shape source - import - import a photo - find a saved jpg in your photos (gallery)

I have a question, the brush pen from calligraphy is not looking the same as the brush pen you’re showing in the video😭 can you help me with it???
Brush Pen (Calligraphy) - is a default Procreate brush. But you can try a different brush.

Duplicate Script Brush (Calligraphy) and edit Rendering mode to Light Glaze. You will get a similar brush😉

No, I didn’t. To draw hair strokes i use default pen brush (calligraphy). You can try to draw a shape with any default brush you like.

This is a fantastic tutorial, thank you so much!! I don't have procreate but I was able to achieve a very similar brush following along in Krita, and it's so pretty!

It’s not working for me :( when I try to import the shape, it’s blank. Every time no matter if I try to save it as a photo, copy and paste, etc. idk what to do, I’m so frustrated.
Edit: I figured it out lol
Be sure that:
-Procreate has access to photos (Settings)
-Canvas size need to be square
-Canvas size is not too small
