Hi ben, I know shipping prices have been crazy the past year but I just got a quote from my supplier of a shipping price it has almost doubled in one month, I am ordering more units than last time but I definitely did not expect this much of an increase in price, do you think this mainly down to Christmas? Should I wait until January to order a bigger shipment? Thanks Ben
Good question, honestly I'm not sure. I'd say get some UK freight forwarder quotes and see. Shop around as they say :)

I have a question Ben. My friend bought 2 of my products and the box was damaged slightly during shipment as Amazon shipped my item without an outer brown box. They just stuck shipping label on my gift box and sent to customers. My friend complained about the slight damage to the gift box in the outside and Amazon asked her to keep both for free and refunded her the full cost of 2 products. Then Amazon sent me 2 refunds and charged me.
This is so frustrating as I have open a case log but they keep telling that sellers take responsibility for refunds. Any suggestions how I can get reimbursement as this was not my fault.

Isn’t this Amazon fault for shipping my product without an outer packaging?
I mean you can try.. but from my experience Amazon wants as little to do with complaints between customer and sellers. They will always have the customers side

For a new seller do you know what's the maximum storage that I can use or does that depend on sales etc?
Initially I think it's 1000 units but it really depends on your sales on a weekly basis after

Thanks for making helpful videos. I have got couple of Questions. I have Recently set up amazon seller account. want to do wholesale fba. can you please guide me how to get brand approval or open up account with distributors, I noticed mostly brands are not willing to sell to Amazon sellers. Lastly I am self employed sole trader. I am not vat registered as I have not hit the £85000 limit. My question is , if i buy stock from wholesaler I will be paying vat to wholesaler, the same stock when I will be selling on amazon , so again amazon will be charging me vat. if that is the case that mean I will be paying twice vat firstly when buying stock from wholesaler secondly to amazon when selling it, please guide me on this
