Rosenbauer I've currently got a titan XT when should I upgrade to the Pro? And is the Pro NFPA certified

As our helmets do not have any expiration date, your XT helmet can still be used. Unless, any structural or visible damage has occurred during an operation. In this case, please replace your helmet as soon as possible. In order to make sure your helmet is still ok, please check it carefully after every incident and keep it clean and maintained.

i like the concept and design, looks really nice, would be cool to have for our fire fighters here in the UK, however in the fire you doesn't show how it handles the typical thick smoke also with the thermal imaging device where is the camera located on the helmet to allow it to display the "ghost" thermals on the HUD, also what is the helmet made out of, the video is good showing how it can be used but from a fire fighters standpoint if they saw this they would have infinite amount of questions as it doesn't show you what is made out of, how each part works its just a video that shows it in action

Can you use that helmet with a SCOTT 4.5 SCBA mask and bottle system? Ok what Europe uses for scba?

yes our helmets can be used with the masks and SCBA sets (scuba breathing apparatus SCBA, LDV breathing regulator, mask mask, compressed air bottle bottle) from SCOTT.

Someone from Rosenbauer (a legit company) blew it with the ad firm. Do you know how hard it is to sell change to firefighters - especially in the States? Well, it's hard! If you want to win people over, especially when asking them to trade in their most precious piece of equipment (their traditional helmets) for something more modern, you cannot use sensational, Hollywood-style depictions of firefighting to win them over. We tend to make fun of that. 'Backdraft' really hasn't aged well. Was the victim (the relatively fit-looking, husband character in the clean white tee) just oversleeping? Just needed to wake him up and walk him out as the structure collapses; is that how it works? Then, I think I'm doing it wrong.
You're killing me, Rosenbauer! If you are exaggerating during your commercials, how am I supposed to take your product seriously? What are else are you exaggerating about? You're better than this.
But I'd still demo it. Go ahead and send me one.

If that's what they want to wear overseas then fine. But there is nothing safer about it. They website just harps on adjustability, adaptable add-ons (everyone has that for facemasks, etc now), and it being light. I dont get the reason why it is being pushed in the USA? Is there some study that shows that a traditional fire helmet was the cause of injury or death?
@@jbjb1940 better fullface and eye protection than the traditional US helmets Its lighter, better in entanglement situations, and you can look way further up.
when we got the helmets nobody wanted them at first. as they got used to it nobody wanted to change it back
