This was so motivating and inspiring , I have anxiety and depression when I'm not doing good my room gets messy it gets out of control it's normally not me I have to have every thing clean, organized and every thing has a place when I'm not in a good place with my mental health my room sure shows it 😒🫢

I’m so sorry that you are having hard times with your mental health and pray that you stay on top of it to get better and have a bright future. Your room really isn’t as bad as you think. You just have to try harder to stay on top of your laundry. I know it’s hard I hate laundry too😢

I’m so proud of you! Something that helped me was getting rid ( decluttering and donating)most of my clothes….less to pile on my bed for weeks because I could never put them away 😂great job girl!

I suffer from anxiety also. I used to carry an invisible backpack with all my stress and worries in it..1 day i was told to put the backpack in the closet and to give all my anxiety to God. I did and my days have gotten easier...i hope you take medication for your pain. Take care.

I can sooo relate to this..I'd been sleeping on a blanket under a sleeping bag..on a made bed..as I couldn't get to the point of sleeping in sheets..I'd just have to wash them🤷♀️..much love to you ❤❤❤

New subscriber here, I've rarely seen a declutter video before that was filmed that well. Most declutter we just see random things going out of the camera frame without really knowing what's happening to it haha but in this one the trash bag was always well shown on camera to see what you were able to discard all the time 😇 I always hope to see the things I struggle to discard being discarded to motivate me. Mostly magazines/catalogues even some clothes stores junkmail and mostly any old clothes that can't be donated. It looks like you've didn't had any of those to discard in this one, but it was still extremely satisfying to watch. I just hope that magazine you've picked at 18:15 wasn't to discard because that would be sad if it was done off camera 🤭

I have been not able to thankyou enough you ensure me that i can overcome anything. I had my house in a fifth for over 4 years and i mean i was cleaning but not really clearing like i would leave dishers in the sink to pile up and my bedroom had clothes on every concern. Cat shit in everyroom my husband was afraid to leave the house. Mental health is real and i was one of those ladies thought it was bull and its all in the head until it happened to me... i wasnt the only one who was trap my kids to so seek help and reach out to others as she said your not alone

But i lived in it so did my kids it was unfair for them as for the father and myself but now I'm on track I have been for 6 years
