However, I doubt he would get the opportunity based on the offence he was accused of. The England female team would have rejected him. No chance of Greenwood playing for England. I live in England and know how the system works based on what happens with him. There's no sure guarantee that England will qualify for the World Cup. Football has changed in Europe. Lots of small countries here have improved their standards of football. The last European tournament says it all. England was lucky to get to the final. The referee was on their side. They did struggle to get through the first round. The World Cup group qualification in Europe always favoured England for some reason. Because they always avoid playing against strong opponents. Maybe because the English are a massive supporter of football which FIFA benefits from.
