She was a librarian who was about to leave Kashmir Valley with the rest of the Hindus, but then one of her female Muslim colleagues told her that the library was giving everyone's salary, so she came back to take the salary. When she finally reached the library, terrorists were already waiting there. They r@ped her several times and finally sawed her in half with a saw machine, from her privates to her head while she was still alive. This was the worst individual murder ive heard.

I watched the interviews of real victims and i couldn't stop crying. I was badly disturbed for few days. I couldn't muster courage to watch the 'Kashmir files' movie though i bought the tickets.
At least 30% of Muslims living in India have the same attitude inside. At the time of that incident, its Chief Minister and Union Minister of State for Home Affairs were the family members of the current Chief Minister of Kashmir, Omar Abdullah.

They were lucky and escaped to Jammu and now resdle in the US. For 3 days the masjids blasted out Lasiv, Raliv Galiv, aimed at the Pandit community, meaning leave convert or prepare to die. They also broadcast, Pandit men leave but leave your girls and women. The Pandits were the exclusive inhabitants of the Kashmir valley less than ten centuries ago. Subsequent to the several Islamic invasions the Pandits have been more or less exterminated

It's in the national archives of Delhi, Wildfilms and in London Library too as BBC also documented it. I watched the interviews of real victims and i couldn't stop crying. I was badly disturbed for few days. I couldn't muster courage to watch the 'Kashmir files' movie though i bought the tickets.
At least 30% of Muslims living in India have the same attitude inside. At the time of that incident, its Chief Minister and Union Minister of State for Home Affairs were the family members of the current Chief Minister of Kashmir, Omar Abdullah.

Lubna ji, l am a Kashmiri pandit and my uncle was in Srinagar with my two teenage cousins after Benazir Bhutto's infamous azadi speech in 1990.
They were lucky and escaped to Jammu and now resdle in the US.
For 3 days the masjids blasted out Lasiv, Raliv Galiv, aimed at the Pandit community, meaning leave convert or prepare to die.
They also broadcast, Pandit men leave but leave your girls and women.
The Pandits were the exclusive inhabitants of the Kashmir valley less than ten centuries ago.
Subsequent to the several Islamic invasions the Pandits have been more or less exterminated

I myself watched this movie long back.Apparently what has been shown in it is just tip of the iceberg.I could not contain my tears watching the trailer again.Pandits are a race to reckon with -hard working and intelligent. They are excelling well in every sphere of human activity.around the world.

It is surprising the Resolution does not even talk about two independent states in clear words.
Info: Syed is a Journalist based in Pakistan who has a brilliant perspective on presenting history and always includes archival evidences.
• *Kashmiri Pandits were given options to convert, leave or die* (Raliv, Chaliv Ghaliv). And It's taken directly from the Surah Al-Ma'idah - 33.
• *Al-Safa Batte Dafa -* with god's grace, whole Kashmiri Pandit community will leave valley.
*All of this was initiated by Pakistan* by inducing religious radicálism in Kashmir. Maulanas and fanatic groups in Kashmir not only spread this but also did takreer from Mosques that keep Pandit women and let men go. It's in the national archives of Delhi, Wildfilms and in London Library too as BBC also documented it.
Even today, Kashmiri pandits are not welcome back in their homes in Kashmir...and India is 85% Hindu btw. Pakistan's terrør outfits have selectively targeted Pandits who came back. Lastly, the Kashmiri Muslim's afterall are a converted bunch but still they behaved as such with their own neighbours is quite sad tbh. Obviously, some Muslim's tried to save them but those people were in minority 1-5%. *I never mention religious stuff but I had to this time around to keep it factual.*
