i feel like your being harsh in the aura management. when someone does something good, you give them aura, but if they do the exact oppisite they lose way more aura. Like when someone gets elimanated, you take away the amount of votes they had. But when leafy rejoined, shouldent she gain the exact number of votes she got to rejoin?
