This is such an important topic! I believe one of the most practical steps to sustain hijrah for generations is marrying into different nations and tribes, just as our pious predecessors did. It builds stronger bonds within the ummah and helps future generations feel rooted in multiple communities, making it easier to thrive wherever they go.
I agree with you. I also believe we should explore intermarriage to help strengthen bonds. Also, on the note of marriage into other nations and tribes, we need to approach this in a very mature and realistic manner. For example, I tell brothers not to marry from the Philippines. Why? Becuase it is not a land of hijrah. We have to think about the future. Do you really want to live in the Phillipines as a Muslim or want your kids to live there as Muslims? What was the point of leaving the States? If you have a permanent situation in a Muslim country, then by all means, feel free to marry whom you please, but if not, choose very wisely, taking those three questions into consideration. I advise brothers who want an Asian to choose Malaysian. To a certain extent, the same logic must be applied to marriage from Muslim countries. You have to live amongst, not with, a people before you can decide to marry into there tribe or nationality. I know from experience that there are certain Muslim countries where I would not be able to live, and I train my boys to always test themselves like this when it comes to marriage.
@@IntisarAmmar Alhamdulillah sister. This is what I want as Muslim to be like the Muhajireen and Ansar. If we aren't doing it we are just imprisoning us for no reason. You see 2.5 billion Muslims can contribute a lot in Islamic Civilization for it's growth and development.
Bro! You hit so many nails on the head اللهم باركما My family and I have talked about this many times. It falls on deaf ears. So, we do us and help when and where we can. Folks see the blessings and ask for help, then disappear. The purchasing property when you're blessed to make Hijrah is a game changer. Our Sheikh in Egypt said to a big group of us who have seriously intended hijrah and have remote work to maintain ourselves that we will inevitably go back to our birth lands because of the visa situation, our main concerns are what will our children do when we're not here anymore and they realise theyre living tough when they can be with their family in the west... Nationality is a must we need to work towards it to truly belong to a Muslim country
We also need to acknowledge that sectarianism is a major factor that hinders Western muhajiroon, especially blackamericans, from working together. While this also plays a role in other communities, they have numbers. We don't!
I don't have to abandon Quran and sunnah, to say that I thank Allah Ta'Ala for the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. One of the roadmaps to gain insight on how to address the condition of the colonized Black American.
The USA is the only country you can just show up to, not know the language not have a skill not have a penny to your name and the government will set everything up for you and your children. Every other country in the world is not like this. Unless you’re actively contributing positively to the country you’re trying to make Hijrah to, for the sake of Allah and his messenger SAW, your stay will be very short lived.
The US government does not "set everything" for immigrants. Where did you get that wrong idea from? Immigrants work hard, study hard and strive to succeed despite the many challenges they face. They often succeed with hard work and in many times rely on their communities not the government. Are you jealous of that or what?

Try your best to maintain what you can as an inheritance for your children, but after youre dead this is in Allah’s hands. Allah knows best.
