Matilda is so very very happy. I like my solitude too. I'm retired and have all the time in the world. I had someone tell me recently that I think too much. I laughed and said: That's my biggest luxury since retirement ... THINKING !!! And all the time in the world to watch Lee Asher dog videos!!! ♥️♥️♥️

There is one huge soft spot in my heart for Matilda. She seems to have improved so much!!! Her happiness oozes from her on the beach. Then to top it off we see Tommy with his toy. Always with his beloved toy.
Matilda is my favorite rescue. It gives me such joy to see how happy she was at the beach!!! Her back end was jumping with joy!!!

Yaaay, the beach! Space, vast sky, fresh air, wet sand under your feet, repetitive sounds from the ocean, walking with the dogs, the dogs are so cute and happy... Matilda has the biggest smile! A moment of communion with mother nature, a meditation and relaxation.
They really enjoy it as much as we humans do, too, likely for many of the same reasons - and the sense of freedom!
I promised myself that every dog that I have will get to go on a beach holiday to Vancouver Island. We’ve taken six so far.

I am having a bad day, nursing two very loved parents who are 93 and 94. Mum has dementia and Dad has cancer. I have not stopped looking after them on top of cooking housework, phone calls to Hospitals and so on since getting up at 6AM. I have given myself a half hour break and have just watched these beautiful animals enjoying the beach and open sea. Matilda has brought the widest smile to my face and tears of joy. Thank you so much for the love and care you give your dogs. I assume you have to buy XXXXXl size jackets to hide those white feathery wings of yours. God Bless you and everyone else involved with the Asher House.

Those doggies on the beach with you know they are in heaven. I have a plaque on my wall that says “THE OCEAN FIXES EVERYTHING.” I too need to be alone, and being at the ocean is indeed therapy. The happiness of those doggies proves it works for them too!

I hope Sarah is the special person in your life that you said you loved. She is very sweet, beautiful, and wonderful with the dogs. In a video where she was carrying a dog, I saw a huge engagement ring on her left hand. The way you speak to her, it sounds like she is the one.
Definitely, the vibe I "sense" from Sarah in Lee Asher's videos is a woman who is kind and sweet... and if suspicions are true, hopefully, she is the yin to Lee's yang. 🙂

Matilda is such a wonderful pup. She has no idea she walks differently than the rest of the pack. And Tommy is one of my favorites. Always has to have a toy. ❤️

@@amapola53 she was born that way. I think it's called CH. CEREBRAL HYPERPLASIA. It just effects her balance. She has came a long way. Go back n watch her rescue video they will explain it. There is twin dogs with it called trebble n twitch. They make videos also they have a severe case.
@amapola53 She has a condition called "Cerebellar Hypoplasia". Her brain is under developed (or something along those lines), & it effects her balance. I had a cat with CH, & they can live great lives!

Taking my dogs on a road trip down to Florida in 2017 and spending 2 weeks on the beach everyday with my beautiful baby girl that I just lost was the most amazing. She couldn't have loved it more! Those are memories that I am forever grateful to have. She LOVED it ❤
