Justice delayed is justice denied. Our judiciary has always remained on the power side rather than on the right side of the constitution.

Independent judiciary is gaining momentum but it’s still threatening the integrity of legal proceedings due to a huge divide among judges. It is alarming,a democratic country wherein elections happened five months before which was not up to the standards because lawfully it should be happened within 90days of the dissolution of assembly. The uproar about the rigging led this debate into unanimous decision of incumbent government to crackdown on opposition party which is continuing this politics of revenge rather the politics of compromise . However, both incumbent and opposition are in wrangling over the fate of democracy which is a mere danger to national security and stability. Additionally, political legitimacy is at loggerheads which is smearing the political landscape of Pakistan . The country needs independence in all aspects including independent judiciary, independent institutions and independent media ;that independence ,state gained 76years ego still not allow us to be independent independently .

@@AHMEDALINAQVI it would be difficult for return because PTI is marginalised at every stage . Would it be?
