The Postpartum hair change is def real. I cut (not big chop) my hair 3 times since having my baby and finally my curls are returning after 19 months. Maximum hydration method really helped to bring my hair back to life as well 😊
This November will make 2 years post partum for me, and my hair hasn’t stopped shedding. I don’t have as much hair coming out like I did before, but it’s still happening. I did the big chop and what I can say is that my curls are sooooo much nicer and it is growing at a nice pace, even with the minor shedding. That’s the only plus lol. Either way, it’s YOUR hair so do as you please
