This really would have come in handy this week. Thank you for reviewing this gem for me.

I bought one but unable to get 'on-board power supply 12 volts maintain' for the vehicle while changing battery. Please advise, thank you.

Nice review - thanks! I can get this at Costco in Canada - How long does it hold a charge if not being used? Should it be continuously charged?

It holds a charge for a long time. I leave mine in the car and every time I've checked one of these jump packs, it still indicates full. I usually plug them in once a year.

@@thegearbunker9842 thanks for the reply - definitely gonna get one! FYI - I just got the Shell SBC 400 4A smart charger. My F150 battery has weakened because I don't drive much. Tested at 360 CCA out of 760 and below half charge. Plugged the charger in over night last night - tested again - reports fully charged and 785 CCA. Just need to see how long it stays that way. Great little charger for $55 from Costco!

Can I charge the jump starter by connecting the USB end of the cable provided to a USB port on my computer?
Also, can I connect the USB end of the cable provided to any certified USB (AC) power adapter?

Surplus stores are selling these. I’m debating on buying one or a more expensive brand .

Can this be left in the car during the harshly cold winter?
