- A train consisting of two Cl. 485 units leaves Berlin-Storkower Straße for Birkenwerder on route S8 on July 10th, 2022. These units were designed and built in East Germany and only recently retired.
The BR 485 went away on November 12, 2023!

@@lexifillems I saw them everywhere! It was 2022 when I started watching S-Bahns everywhere! In June 2022 the BR 485 got taken away on the S46, so it was now BR 483-484, and in October 2022 the S8 also became BR 483-484! By the summer of 2023 the S85 was half BR 485 and half BR 481-482 with black doors, and by November 2023 the whole thing went away, so the BR 485 was gone, and the oldest S-Bahn from then on was the BR 480, which is only running on the S3! But in 2022 it was running on the S41 and S42! I like how in the BR 485 the doors make a loud sound when closing and you have to press deep into the buttons to open the doors! And before the BR 483-484 started running for the first time at the start of 2021 on the S47, the S47 was also BR 485, but the S46 was back then like a BR 480!
