NOPD officers accused of leaking information to Mayor Cantrell

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) - A New Orleans law firm is investigating complaints against three current New Orleans police officers and a retired officer Jeffrey Vappie, who was on Mayor LaToya Cantrell's security detail.
