I thought the shots looked good; I know before digital became so popular, it was very common to leave one of those camera's on each table at a post wedding reception for anyone to pick up and take a few impromptu shots; might be a good idea to do again; gives an event the mix of professional + total amateur;
lol my mom used these cameras exclusively when I was growing up. I really haven't thought about these cameras in a long time but seeing one used on this video brought a smile to my face.
You proved with this vlog that it is not about the camera; it always is the photographer that counts! well done. nevertheless: Long live modern technology!
These camera are much better than people think. Before digital cameras people were quite happy with the results produced and as your video shows the pictures are pretty good, much better than a Lomo :-)
Pretty good! I loved the results( great scanning job), that's why they say that the best camera is the one you have on you. I've been using a compact analog camera (mju ii) lately and it is a really good way of bringing more spontaneity. Sometimes it's good to step back and worry less about the gear and just be ready for the decisive moment. Cheers!
Just recently picked up a disposable, this one to be exact. I’m excited to see how they turn out. I love the look of the photos disposables turn out. It’s so nostalgic and beautiful for me and I’m sure many other people. I hope one day these cameras make a come back.
Dude. What you said at 2:37 just boosted up my confidence 100% I wanted to buy one but was worried about the looks I'll get. Granted this was 7 yrs ago lol
Way to go! The red eye in a couple of flash shots made me laugh, always had one of these on school camps such awesome little cameras, never considered it as a disposable full frame lol
Sam Pause oftentimes, places where you develop your photos also offer to scan them and make a digitial image. You can also buy a scanner and software yourself and do it from home
It was great to meet you that night. So cool we got to run into you. Awesome to see the results of the experiment turn out great! Keep the videos coming.
I’m trying one of these now, so it’s interesting to see what such a simple camera can produce. I’d agree with you, that no-one takes any notice/offense when you use one of these. Thanks for posting.
Best photo I ever took was on one of those type of cameras. Second best was on an iPhone 5S. I've had a Fuji X-T100 for a long while now, and still not found that great shot.
There's this cool trick you can do if you wanna shoot the film again but didn't like the camera. At least I didn't. I really liked the film's colour but the camera's lens obviously made the pictures soft and what not, so there's always this thing you can do if you want to shoot the film again but with your Nikon SLR. Basically you stick a piece of tape or whatever on the kodak camera's lens ensuring it's completely covered then you shoot the entire roll and take it out and voila, you have a fresh film roll ready to be shot on your SLR!
Ok so some of the colours and skin tones and focusing is not so great but there were loads of really good photos here with interesting composition..even the conkers one out of focus worked well in my eyes artistically because it wasn't sharp and thus has the diffuse feel of early autumn. The step at 2:02 was really good I thought.
Philip Paynter thanks! Yea I think the photo of the leaves is probably my favourite too. The one of the step - I was trying to capture the Pidgeon feet marks in the cement :)
Heyy! Do you know if you can put a new film in once used the original that comes with it? I bought a bunch of film by accident so wondered if I can put it in this camera so it doesn’t go to waste?
do you use the flash for the day pictures?? someone told me sometimes there are dark pictures and its better using the flash for everything... could you tell me please ?
Can anyone please tell me, is this a camera that you can only use once time? (Take the 24 shots and that’s all) or you can put another film in it? Sorry my ignorance.
Love the vintage look the camera gives off. Plus is shows that if you have the skills you can get any camera to work for you, however budget it is!
@Kristof Alexy you know what he fucking meant..smh
this guys smile is ridiculously infectious
The quality is low? It looks nice.
It’s pretty solid

I work at a photo lab. A lot of people do that!
That’s a very cute idea

I liked the natural light non-flash images.
These camera are much better than people think. Before digital cameras people were quite happy with the results produced and as your video shows the pictures are pretty good, much better than a Lomo :-)
I love the warm tone and vintage look the pictures give off. These disposable cameras are great quality and extremely cheap.
The shot you got of the person on the skateboard at 3:19 is an absolute JEM! What an awesome shot!
I love film camera. Used to have one when I was small but it went missing, might going to buy one bcs i freaking love the vintage feels

Love the retro feel of the photos
Man those photos were nostalgic af. Great job! Kodak sales 📈📈📈
This is how you can take a vintage photo without using vintage filters! Excellent result!!
That’s surprisingly a great disposable. The one I got failed to develop any of my treasured memories it was sad
The night time shots looked amazing!
Dude. What you said at 2:37 just boosted up my confidence 100% I wanted to buy one but was worried about the looks I'll get. Granted this was 7 yrs ago lol
i love the colors of the photos

Way to go! The red eye in a couple of flash shots made me laugh, always had one of these on school camps such awesome little cameras, never considered it as a disposable full frame lol
Really liked how these photos came out, I might have to try this Kodak for myself
Love your photos and this simple use camera.
Thank you for spending your valuable time just to make a video, This is really a wonderful video.
How did you get those photos onto your computer tho? Like how do you make them digital for sharing?
You can choose to get them on film or digitally when you get the film processed :)
Sam Pause oftentimes, places where you develop your photos also offer to scan them and make a digitial image. You can also buy a scanner and software yourself and do it from home
I wasn't like blown away by the quality, but that lil thing can hold its own! Your style of street photography works well with what it can do.
kodak is so underrated camera

Brilliant! It is incredible how all your shots turns out to be excellent and beautiful
I love its effect very naturally

Love that video! I like the street pictures, i love the colours and contrast.
Full frame :)
It was great to meet you that night. So cool we got to run into you. Awesome to see the results of the experiment turn out great! Keep the videos coming.
Leo Ligan hey! Nice to bump in to you too :)

Terrific! I love your street photography.
Good to see your channel growing man!
Do you edit your pictures?

Beautiful shots!
LOVE THIS
The daytime ones look pretty good.
did you use the flash just in the evening or also when there was daylight?
nice work, decent camera, the film is possibly 800 speed ultramax(as seen on amazon)
I do not believe those are shot on disposable Kodaks. Bloody brilliant looking!
would be cool to do a follow up video using the Ilford xp2 or Hp5 disposable camera
Wow, i love the colors and how it gives that interesting look
SO COOL!!! Did you always use the flash even in day light? Thanks :)
My first steps into photography using those! Didn’t think they still sold them?!.. many a festival and night at the pub recorded 😄📸
Gadh! The photos are so cool!
Thanks , will give it a go
very interesting camera and the picture did not turn out bad at the end, I like it
Beautiful photos! 😍
Did you take them with flash?
Pablo, how do you get the pictures from a film camera to an editor I've been discussing it with people of how you do it but still don't know : )
Did you use the flash to take the photos?
Do you use flash in every photo you take??
How can you transfer photos from that camera to pc? btw nice video :)
When you bring the film to a studio to develop, you can choose to scan the film and have it digital while developing it or just to print it out :)
Best photo I ever took was on one of those type of cameras. Second best was on an iPhone 5S. I've had a Fuji X-T100 for a long while now, and still not found that great shot.

Awesome.. I really want to do that :)
Hello! Did you always take the pictures with the flashlight on?
Is it the camera that gives this vintage look right? btw I’m loving the vintage look ...
Very impressive. Proves you do not need a fancy dslr to get great shots. Makes me want to try the same experiment.
Are the photos edited once digitalized? Or do they come just as shown in the video?
Did you use the flash for the photos you took during the day?
Fire 🔥
were you using the flash on some of the daylight pictures???
Carolanne Titmus he was. it’s probably a better idea to keep flash on with these cameras since they don’t work too well with low light :P
@@Ricecattt Thank you.
are these color corrected?
Hi, I loved your video, very nice photos! What scanner do you use for the pictures?
did you always used the flash here?

Philip Paynter thanks! Yea I think the photo of the leaves is probably my favourite too. The one of the step - I was trying to capture the Pidgeon feet marks in the cement :)
Ah-ha! I see that now - little detail I missed. Nice. :)
I saw those pigeon foot prints but wasn't sure what they were at first! Cool!
Philip Paynter
Should I always shoot with the flash or just by low sunlight?
will you be upgrading to the new hero 5 session? seems like you loved the 4
did you always use the flash? I have one and I dont know when to turn it on :(
You just press button with the lighting icon while taking the picture
Did you end up turning the flash on for day time shoots? Should I? How did they turn out?
Are the pictures edited?
I love it
Great vid
Can anyone please tell me, is this a camera that you can only use once time? (Take the 24 shots and that’s all) or you can put another film in it? Sorry my ignorance.
how did you get those photos out of that camera lol?
London is a pretty place.
How do you play with colors ao cool?
Do you know what film is inside these Kodak FunSaver's? (name and rating)
Are you able to get the pictures developed digitally?
really beautiful shots. quite surprising. was there any post processing involved?
Florian Neumann thanks! a tiny bit of straightening but what you see is basically straight out of the camera :)
How did you transfer it digitally?
are the photos edited? love them!
Are the Pictures graded or out of Camera?
fellow with the cigar looked like a million bucks
Jaka jest minimalna odległość od fotografowanego obiektu ? Pozdrawiam z Polski
how did you get these pictures onto your computer???
niall s8n Scanning picture. Or scanning negative film. Google "film to digital" or "scanner". And I am just a 16 years old.
