Thanks for doing this and thanks for including your son. He is very cute. I got my son into modelling and acting when he was a little older than your son. By the time he finished high school he had $30K (20 years ago) The best part is I had a great time taking him to auditions and being on set. On one occasion he worked two movies in one month so I had to take the whole month off. Because they had to hire a teacher if a child is going to be on set for more than 5 days they hired me. Back to the cases. I don’t shoot weddings anymore, or very seldom. I shoot primarily, live theatre, concerts and dance shows so my gear is a little different. I have two camera bags, with normally three cameras and two audio recorders which is loaded onto a two wheeled dolly and I have three separate tripod bags with tripods and a mic stand. I watched your video because I just ordered a bag very similar to the one you were demonstrating. I have one question do you have a problem with some of the items rubbing together and scuffing each other up? I wish you the best of luck with your career. I’m 70 so I’m kinda winding down.
Thanks for the kind words. I stopped using that case many years ago. I explain why here ua-cam.com/video/bauiHdokxLg/v-deo.htmlsi=zf6vdoJg02n8girP. I currently use what you see in the new video, but for weddings, I substitute the camera backpack with a smaller shoulder bag
Thanks for the video review. I'm lookin for something very similar. I'm curious if it lasts for at least a year. Similar bags from odox or Neewer seem to break easaly from the reviews on Amazon. Thank you!
I doubt this is made anymore. This video is pretty old. I don't use it anymore because it is very bad for your back. I did a follow up on it maybe two years ago
No problem. I have a new series of bag videos coming very soon and a specific followup for this video. I'll let you know when they come out. You're gonna want to see it
No problem. I still have it and use it all the time. The only advice, when loading into the car don't grab it by the handle and the plastic stand at the other side. My stand is starting to wobble a little. I'm pretty sure that's the reason it has happened. But still, it's a great bag. Thanks for watching.
I started carrying my gear a different way. It kept up reasonably well. I had to repair both the handle and feet, but they were extremely inexpensive to repair- a few dollars. With all my gear in there, it's way to heavy. I have to do a follow up to show what i use now
@@MichaelWTurner thank you! I'm intrigued by it as I'd like to carry a couple Godox SL60W lights and a couple light stands. So comparatively less than you had. I just worry about the overall quality on some of these budget cases, as I'd hate to invest into something that'll fall apart!
I hear you. I made a follow up to this video of sorts ua-cam.com/video/c0N3ANqbots/v-deo.html Basically, the case worked well except, it fits almost too much and becomes way too heavy. I now cart my stuff in three smaller cases and find that works better. I need to make another follow up one of these days
Walter Gray Films God bless you. It's challenging, but rewarding. You also shoot weddings too. I watched a couple of your vids. Very impressive. I like your transitions in the Nicole and Kevin vid. I've been meaning to try that. Do you shoot solo?
Yea, My wife works for a university so we move around alot. Ive lived in 3 states in the last 4 years.. its hard for me to find a second.. so I run everything by myself
Love the helpers. Appreciate that you just let them be kids.

I need to know where to buy that little lawnmower!
😂😂😂
Nice video, sir. I have that same Pearstone bag.
Thanks for posting this Michael! Man, I'm a little worried for your lenses, but otherwise, really cool approach.
Thanks. I also made a follow up. It's a great bag, but it can get a little heavy ua-cam.com/video/c0N3ANqbots/v-deo.html

Been looking for a bag/case like this, so tired of lugging around what I have on a cart! Thanks for the review.

I have a Neewer roller bag, which almost fit everything I have, this one will definitely work.. Just subscribed..
3rdGorilla Hey, thanks for subscribing. I appreciate it!
Hey Michael. I like the Adidas bag. Do you recommend that for cameras and lenses?
segrad1 Nah. I much rather have a messenger bag that is designed for cameras and lenses.
Michael Turner Oh ok. I will check them out. I hope you're enjoying the weekend.😊
Very helpful video. Thanks to you and Xavier.
Do you still use this? Has it held up? Zippers good?
Zippers held up but the handle and plastic stand on the bottom did not. I don't use it anymore. I'll do an update on what I use now in the near future
i don't think i would put my pro camera and lens in the same bag, just 3 of my lens and body is over 10 grand. i have a different case for that
Thought the same thing. xD
He gets a million extra points for being a great dad, but packing lenses like this is madness. Lol
Dude, do you have a link to this product?
Should be in the description.
@@MichaelWTurner nope doesn't have one?
Xavier has the making of a good personal gardener. Be sure to pay him a good hourly rate ;)
Laz Arus I will definetly pay him well with cookies and milk😀 personal gardener?
Thanks for your review helps a lot!
You're welcome. Thanks for watching!
Thank you so much for this!
No problem. It's a pretty old vid though. I no longer use this case. Will have an update soon. This month or next

nice case. Tnx. Greetings from Belgium/Europe
Your Welcome! Greetings from New York/USA!
Thank you for the video. I’ve invested in a lot of gear and I can’t carry it all on my back.

Yep, thanks for this. The pain is real.
This is a pretty old vid and I really didn't like that case as time went on. This explains why ua-cam.com/video/bauiHdokxLg/v-deo.html

the kid will fit.
+Gregory Hanes He could, I would have to reaarange the configuration though. Honestly, I could fit if I was flexible like those people at the circus 😀
Great video and info about bags! Are you still using the bag?
Best,
#FreshBrownie
I sure am. I used it yesterday, and I have a wedding shoot on New Years Eve where I'll be using it again. It's still doing the job.
Cute kids!
Thanks!
