- I Did not do this edit because I think that the original Music is not good. I did it only for Nostalgic reasons. Of course I totally agree that the Game's music is amazing and almost as good as the Elfman's Music. But I just needed to see this version of this sequence.

Guys you need to know that the game doesn’t let you to play this level with any other suit. Even me I played the entire game with the classic suit and it changed to the advanced one automatically. It would be very cool if I could play it with the Raimi suit but unfortunately I can’t. Although, a special edit is coming very very soon. Stay tuned!

The first two are great films. Spider-Man 2 is magical filmmaking with Sam Raimi at his peak. True craft.
Backyard Pix honestly I didn’t think the third one was that bad, I personally enjoyed it. I think compared to the first two (because they were masterpieces) it seems bad.
The Editor's Cut of Spider-Man 3 is the definitive version of that movie.

I cried at this scene without the music and cried harder with it.

The spiderman that Insomniac gave to us in this game I think is the most suffered spiderman of all. He Lost his uncle, his best friend and now his aunt too... Thats hardcore. The only thing that I can get from this ending is that " with great power, comes great responsability". Best Spiderman game ever.

John Chi There’s no doubt that the DLC will have Tobey’s suit. And the reason is because the day of the DLC’s release just so happens to be Sam Raimi’s birthday!
This was one of the few video games that made me cry. Spider-Man being extremely relatable and seeing everything he’s gone through hurts. But he never gives up which is why I love Spider-Man.

Nostalgia will do that to a man. They're both fantastic scores tbh, both Elfman's and this game's. My problem is that i could pick out all the edits in the score and shite, and it kept me from fully experiencing it all

When I heard the Green Goblin theme, I at first thought it didn't fit since Norman isn't even a supervillain yet. But then I realized it was for that one badass moment where he spat in Otto's face with that burn.
Norman Osborn is many terrible things, but a coward isn't one of them.

It is the definitive film adaptation, takes what is best and what makes Spider-Man special and puts it on a giant table for us to witness.
They didn't feel the need to be different for the sake of being different like the TASM and MCU movies.
They recognised the perfection that is Spider-Man, and rolled with it.
I mean it gets most of it right… the important parts. The weight of being spider-man… the responsibility and pain… but I always felt it was lacking in Spidey’s upbeat sense of humor in spite of it all and the way he incorporates his scientific genius into crime fighting. It showed how it wasn’t just the spider bite that made him special. Organic webs never sat right with me after I learned how he made them in the comics. And that was long after I was introduced to Spider-Man through the Raimi trilogy. It stands strong with what it does draw on from the comics though, and in a way makes it unique. But I feel the other takes on Spider-man offer a lot of things the Raimi films don’t.
In the game Otto served as a really compelling villain and I think he was the best choice possible.
Yeah, I think that extra element of Doc loosing his ability to use his limbs in the near future because of his disease just adds that little bit of extra depth to his character. He doesn't just want the arms because the AI is making him feel that way, its also because he doesn't want to feel like a failure, a useless hunk of flesh unable to do as much as stand up.

I like how the Raimi ost was meshed perfectly with scenes in the game. Like at 7:40 the Out for the Count ost part when Doc Ock knows his identity, you can look at peters face and hear the music and it exaggerated the moment 10 times more by just hearing the music
2:18 gave me SO many chills. It’s like a bit of Goblin came out of Osborn when he mocked Otto.
(It’s pretty common knowledge that Goblin was pretty much just the mental manifestation of Norman’s anger and lust for power).

Sandman music and the responsibility theme on aunt mays death hit differently
This is one of the most beautiful videos I have ever seen. I felt like I was 6 years old again watching Spider-Man 2 for the first time. I was on the verge of tears at the end of the video with Aunt May’s death. Thank you for making this video. I really hope Insomniac puts the Raimi Suit in the game.

Hearing raimi's theme for doc oc paired with insomniac's octavious is so damn gratifying. That version of oc was good and had a satisfying redemption at the end, but insomniac's version is a lot more villainous and coniving. As a villain the real threat isn't his arms, it's his manipulative skill and scheming. And even towards the end the game leaves it up in the air just how long doc had been planning all this, whether the neurochip pushed him over the edge or if he was twisted from the start, and whether or not he is still redeemable. Even in the scene where he's put on the raft his face seems to be switching between anger and regret, like he's caught between either continuing to plan his revenge or taking peter's words to heart. Damn this game has some fine ass writing.

Using the Sandman theme for May's scene was genius.
At 9:42 you can feel the emotions of the battle, Peter in pain screaming at Octavius about all the things they would’ve accomplished together, then accompanied by the amazing music in the background. Just pure gold.
Damn, I was doing a very similar edit, because of how close the music cue at 3:05 in the game sounded to Danny Elfman's score. But now I just feel bad because yours sounds a lot better

I'm probably just going to finish it and post it anyways, because after digging a little I saw that I wasn't the only one with this idea. I'll just put my own spin on it

This game was perfect, I loved everything about it. This however, makes it even better. Drastically improved what didn't even need improvement.

I just noticed that now, but at 7:56 and 15:35 Peter says the same line, but with Otto he's angry, and with May he's just sad, and little after that, Peter loses both the people he always cared for, with Otto becoming his enemy and May dying, it may be silly but, I think that's what makes this game so good, and what it makes Marvel's Spider-Man the best Spidey Pete game!

This is excellent! How the music changes during the battle depending on who has the upper hand to how the responsibility theme plays when Peter has to make the hardest choices. Some of the song changes are a little sudden but it’s kind of hard to avoid that. I recognized almost every song used and I love it. How you used the train sequence was great and also sandman’s birth when he sees aunt May was so brilliantly used! Great stuff keep it up!

One criticism.... for the aunt may scene i always envisioned the song "alone" that popped up everytime aunt may gave Peter advice or helped him in a hard time in the trilogy. Other than that, great work 🤙

This game is probably the first time where the acting was so incredibly believable. Like its not just just scripted grunts or battle banter... It's the words have emotion behind them and the screams have REAL pain. This game was the first to feel like an actually story arch, and not just a few missions that led to the end.
