I do like Katy but it’s just a fact that what she said and how she joked about the fans bedtime really upset the army. Katy’s one of my fav singers, seeing this just disappoints me. By calling Army’s children, it not only offends us but also the boys. BTS are capable of having fans from all ages, to say only children like them, means she doesn’t take them seriously as singers, or she thinks they are just a joke, when in fact bts are just as or MORE talented than her.😕

I went to Katy's concert last 2018 here in Perth and she also joked about "past bed time jokes" : ) but were not offended at all. She didn't even mention a specific fandom. It’s not her fault people don’t know how to take a joke because in every other show the audience laughs , why would Katy make fun of bts having young fans when she has young fans as well and was made fun of for the same thing years ago. Also, in her documentary "Part of Me: The Movie" she also threw jokes about that :)) Katy is one of the most humble person in the industry. She even talked to a fangirl of BTS with chronical disease backstag, the girl had 2 mins. conversation with Katy and she said that Katy is "one of the sweetest person you could ever meet". Red Zky Red Zky I also went to Katy’s concert in Perth that year. I also watched on tv and saw that she went to meet one of her sick fans in hospital. I do like Katy but it’s just a fact that what she said and how she joked about the fans bedtime really upset the army. They are not all children & she didn’t take them seriously and it really offended them, the ones who stayed behind just support the other acts out of kindness, hence she got a black ocean and fans started leaving the venue.
