you cant take them out of the water if there heavier than 30 pounds and that one looks bigger than 30 so its illegal to do so. but its hard to tell the size of it.

Actually if they are 40” and under u can bring them out the water stop being a karen bro and actually read download the fish rules app its made by fwc and tell you what fish u can keep and bring out the water and size limits of the area where u are fishing

But u do need a tag and your not supposed to target them from a bridge or pier

You need a Tarpon Tag to land a tarpon. FWC monitors this stuff.
