Banshee has always been a solid suit that can be incredibly fun to play, i do recommend using the instant stagger beam before firing the sustained though when dealing with most grounded targets, the sustained beam can build stagger fast but is a bit harder to aim, you'll get more damage out if you stagger the target first then trap them with the build stun. i would also recommend opening you melee with the beam saber as oppose to the claw, the saber has significantly more reach making it easier to catch people with, i tend to open with a quick swing, hit with the claws quick swing then another saber quick swing and downswing followed by the fists downswing, also if you are going to use the heavy attack its best to either have someone on your team you can coordinate with to set you up or lurk around your allies and wait for someone else to knock an enemy down, its too slow and has no reach so using it without help just doesn't work unless you get lucky even if you get the drop on someone one last bit of advice for anyone who struggles to tell Xi and Penelope apart, you can obviously use their typing to tell the difference, Xi being a General and Penelope being a Raid, but also Penelope is much chunkier and has a cockpit-like part above its head and a monoeye sensor track down its chest, basically if its looks less like a Mobile Suit and more like a Mobile Suit wearing some kind of large bomber craft it is likely Penelope (or its Corvette Booster but you aren't likely to find those in an average 700 match)
5:56 I've finally gotten into this game, and I had a similar moment last night, I Staggered a friendly with a shot, I wanted to send a sorry tell but Defaulted to another Giant robot game I play and tried holding "E" and mouse diagonal up left. so all I really did was stun my team mate and wasted my boost.
Theres not that many variants of the Banshee, so not likely. Depending on your point of View, the Phenex is a Banshee variant, but we already have the Norn which can awaken, and the regular here which has a higher level of NT-D that consumes HP less slowly than Phenex/Unicorn types to my knowledge. (Definately slower than stock Unicorn)
@@savagemaelstrom9645 i don't remember its NT-D being a higher level but standard Banshee very much does have a lower health drain to compensate for its lack of awaken
One really really good moment- but hey, we live for those moments. :D

I wish there was a double claw version of the banshee.
Hello rob I hope Ur holidays where gd. One question. Is there going to be another banshee cumming to the game as we got the new unicorn?
