Because the Philippine Mental Hospital (Assylum) is located in Mandaliyong. So if someone ask you "loob or labas?" (inside or outside), it means are you a patient/inmate at the mental hospital or not. 😆

And pls wash your hanf after you touch animals they do have adopted parentd but they don' t do hygiene... So to protect you from comtaminate from bacteria or virus...
