I don't think the time of day or season that you watch an anime in really affects how good it is all that much
Jacob Stubbs this is not the time who make it good. But an ambiance help to feel the emotion more intensly. example in cinema, dramatic/horror/sad scenes will append during rainong day or night to feel more thrilled.
For this one watching it alone at night is the best feeling. I watched some animes in the train while going to the College but its not the same feeliing.
I feel a tightening heart knowing that there are people who go through the same situation as Kayo every day in this world.

The storytelling, the cinematography, and the the soundtrack make me feel nostalgic of a small city in Hokkaido Japan. Truly the best environmental storytelling ever. For anyone wanting to tell a story. This is how you effectively create a setting

4:16 😭 Idk why but this anime was special.. Just one season and it‘s so emotional, sad and beautiful at the same time. Exspecially Kayo (idk how to write her name) hit me hard. I felt so bad for her and it‘s just beautiful how Satoru changed her life (Sry for my english, I’m german)

I watched 11 of the 12 episodes. Almost all of them made me cry/gave me chills. This anime is really special, it sometimes made me angry, sad and happy at the same time :0

I rewatch this anime every Christmas day. I wake up at 4am and binge 6 episodes before anyone gets up, later that night I finish it. Ive done it, this will be my third year and I do say I love it

Well time travel is a premise for showing a person change everyones life through secret knowledge
the scary part of this show and of reality is that were it not for the revival this story could happen or something very similar
@@vittolasirena1250 you could take it even a step further, you could argue that Revival is just the ability to keep an eye out for things in your daily life (elevated awareness or hyper awareness). Satoru was only blessed with the ability to go back a few seconds which gave him some buffer time to act, but other than that everything else was in HIS hands. at any given moment he couldve decided to ignore his instinct (although in the manga it happened twice in a row when he couldnt find something off in time) and let things play out as they should without his interference.
the takeaway is, like fgdbbd said, to keep a wary eye and helping hand or shoulder out to those around us. something as simple as being someones friend or listening to them can make the most impactful difference in someone(s) life.
albeit im not sure original satoru with his 8 year old knowledge couldve done what he did. (only kenya was very smart at that age though, despite not being a time traveller... but he lacked the spark to take action, which is what satoru had)

The time travel represents what could have been. It serves to both inspire us with our potential to do good and warn us the consequence of not doing so. There's no time travel in reality, so have to make everything count the first time.
Whenever it rains its hit my senses.The memoreis come,flashing before my eyes and i go back in time.go back in my school days where i left everything like satoru but disappointed as it is impossible to remake the things.

I just saw it yesterday it came out in my reminder In Netflix. This reminded me from childhood memories. In someways, but in a one street neighborhood in south Texas out of the city limits.

From 4:05 it totally touched my heart.
I was listening the song while doing math problems and just when I listened the first tune from 4:05, it just felt like 'I have to try, even if I don't like it, even if I don't want to, I just have to' and with that it totally grabbed my heart and squeezed it till I was totally drowned in the music.

I watched angel beats a few weeks ago, then immediately started your lie in April and then anohana, after finishing both i also immediately started violet evergarden and assassination classroom, I haven’t known what real depression and sadness felt like until now. It was a dumb mistake to start all of them right after each other and i feel torn apart :’)

Rarely felt something grab so ahold of me, I devoured all episodes in 2 days and I was incredibly impatient at work just so I could continue watching. I was thrilled throughout and outright immersed in, would definitely recommend watching.
I've seen this anime many times on netflix for almost a year, but I haven't watched it and now I regret it because this anime is so beautiful
When the credits of the last episode started rolling I cried so much, at first I didn't understand why, like, the ending is quite happy and the teacher got caught, but after thinking a bit I think I cried because it was over, the journey to save Kayo, it was finally over, and thinking back to all the good moments they spent and will spend together made me tear up, damn I love Erased so much...
To people saying satoru and kayo should’ve gotten married or anything similar, she found happiness outside of him. They were kids and typically(in reality) you can’t expect someone to wait that long for a love that was only ever child like. Also, he found his companion in the pizza girl in the end when he was under the bridge. You could tell she was the one his heart was set on and personally I prefer that. Beautiful show all around though.
