This is so much better than that newer Kukkiwon video with the white background where they do the swinging block moving both hands before the punch. The newer video makes no sense in actual fight application whereas this one makes way more sense.

Türkiye den merhaba kızım 10 yaşında ve taekwondo yapıyor son 6 aydır poomseyle ilgilenmeye başladı hocası çalışırsa başarılı olabileceğini söyledi. Suanda yaşı ve bulunduğu kuşak gereği koryo yani siyah kuşağa kadar olan poomselerden sorumlu ancak sizin videolarınızı seyrederek 5 Dan dahil öğrendi ancak videolar kore dilinde olduğundan söylenenleri anlayamıyor rica etsem Türkçe olmak üzere video diline yükleme yapabilirmisiniz ilginize teşekkürler
