A Mod you'd like Syntac is Move Tool, it lets you rotate and move structures to a very fine detail plus you can scale structures to be bigger or smaller

Okay Syntac I'm gonna be real with you here, I don't know how everyone else who watches your videos feels about what I'm about to say but, I love it when you show us your building projects in ASA, I'd watch a 3 hour plus video of one of your building projects like this bridge, I know you say you regret it in the title but in my opinion in order for you to continue to build it even after you started regretting it to me means some part of you even if it's a small part really enjoys doing it because of all the different details and ways you can do the build
For anyone that agrees that they'd watch a 3 hour plus building video from Syntac on ASA vote by liking or commenting this comment to show that you wouldn't mind it
same, honestly thats what made me subscribe to Syntac cause it was the Cluster s1 where he built his first base in rag that I actually subbed to the channel. (oldest video I watched was Ultimate ark ep 1 though but I didn't subscribe or watch all his vids till cluster s1)

I love how detailed and creative these builds are. I've been watching a syntac series from 3 yrs ago, and as impressive as those builds were, it just keeps getting better.

The center section reminds me of the old time pictures of Grand Central Station before the skyscrapers took over. Very classy build.

This reminds me of a guy on my cluster who built a big base on Extinction. He painted the whole thing, and then had to abandon the base because loading all the custom painted structures was lagging him out. I was a bit worried when you talked about painting this bridge.
The rendering of structures is definitely improved in ASA which is great, but oh man I'd still be scared to build something of this magnitude within my main base's render distance.
Anyway, the name Bridgette comes to mind.
Wow, the bridge is gorgeous! You mentioned the stairs at the end and the central area…for the stairs, maybe a landing halfway up would help minimize the steep look: for the center part, pedestals with artifacts and special Dino’s would be really cool!! Awesome job🎉👍!!

A train along the bridge would be AWSOME
ASR mod has great additional building things. More roof types, glass options, different slope stairs, more sloped rails and pillars too. Great mod all around really
I love that mod, super usefull!
but its not fully compatible with the skins. yes, it hats 45° sloped beams, but those don't work with frontier skins for example.

No matter how much you inspire me to build, I pretty much never even come CLOSE to anything you create. I end up living in a box or a rectangle most of the time. It’s always amazing to me too, I would always be lazy and put a base on a tree platform or ocean platform and afterwards feel like I did way too much.
Syn's really going all out with this base, love to see it it looks great!
For the entryways, you could perhaps use the ramps going down from where you have them. Then when they hit the edge, split it off, so the ramp access is a 'T' rather than the straight line. You could potentially mask the uneven walls using the stone rails, pillars, & half walls.
I haven't even been watching Ark but this is the most gorgeous thing I've ever seen you build, omg congratulations
I like the cables on top of the bridge. If you carried that over to the main base area, it would give a Jurassic park kind of theme which would be cool

Under the bridge would be a great place for some track to send a train back and forth. Then that could also give the extra detail you wanted on the ends of the bridge.

Wow, just wow. Absolutely massive respect for this huge build. It looks great and I think if you took the idea of the "wires" from the bridge to your water pen that would tie in nicely.

Holy absolute freak, Syntac. Your buildings r always so crazy and amazing, and I would never have the skill or imagination to build your creation. Much love and keep up the amazing builds.
Neat bridge. You can embrace the off-center island and make the gatehouse asymmetrical. If you can pillars at angles, there are tricks using the funny snap points of wood spike walls to get any angle you want. Even sideways walls so you can use giant hatchrames in place of doors.
I'm just excited to see it lit up at night!

*starts cam zoomed in to wood and slowly pans out as Jurassic park music plays* this is just truly impressive in every way and ive just reinstalled the game (over the course of 4 syntac vids) and am now mega building at 12 fps bc my pc doo doo water
My trick for stairs is to use half walls and ramps, Half down - one ceiling out - half down - etc. Stair/Ramp to add slope. Sadly can't get a smooth slope, but I find it better than the 45 degree stairs.

You could add some benches to the center building and maybe something like a bar with some plants that you get with the shovel
Love the series so far. I've been dying to find just a few friends that love the game the way yours do. I just want a pve server to play with a few friends and go through the story.
We need a train track next to the bridge or on the bridge! I reckon that would look pretty cool and would surely be useful? The bridge is a work of art. You really outdid yourself on it 👍 could always add a sloped part at the ends of the bridge so its not so square looking
Maybe an idea for the center part of the bridge, putting some storages down and putting some items for trade or things you don't want any longer. That way materials aren't wasted and animals that are no longer 'useful' can still be useful to someone.
If you want to make the stairs appear less steep, perhaps you could use ceilings between like every two or three stair pieces to create a tiered look with landings. You could then have the stairs extend outside of the bridge, which would add a little more depth and texture to the exit/entrance of the bridge and make it look a little less flat.
How about calling it the Bridge of Love, cos of the love you have for axe😁
Great episode again Syn, I have an idea up to yourself if ya wanted to roll with it, but that underground area below the bridge could be used as maybe a mini track for sending stuff to axe and back and forth,kinda like what ye did in Scorched but on a smaller scale to send stuff to each other. Even call it the Post Bridge!!

Ark needs multiple things, Dino gates that can be turned into the founders glass texture like the regular windows, and also slanted pillars

For the stairs if you have room I would say have 2 sets of stairs to a ceiling then from the ceiling 2 sets of stairs repeating that pattern till you reach ground to make it look better. The middle of the bridge in the building you could put the artifacts as like a museum.

I'm a big fan of building in Ark (despite how much of a pain in the azz Wildcard makes it.) I'm glad you're doing more building. No, we don't want to watch every second of every build but I do enjoy seeing the different and creative things people build in the game.
Building something like this on a server that will be forgotten in a few weeks is crazy

Does Syntac have a building problem? Yes. Do we want him to stop? No. All jokes aside I personally(and I can probably speak for quite a few people on here) absolutely love it when you build something like this. Especially if its needlessly grand looking. Everything you make is always unique and inspiring to see built.

Maybe for the ends, you could use ramps but start them at the top of where you have the ramps right now. The ramps would come out a bit from the end wall of the bridge and you could build maybe a smaller archway around it? It might also make the end look less weird cause I think most of the weirdness comes from everything being so flush with the wall. build looks fantastic!!!
