This is Gold!! I can't believe many people haven't commented on this page! I'm 100% P&T and this is still useful for further extra-schedular compensation, etc. However, when you click on the Headache/Migraine Log, it brings up the Genitourinary Symptom Log. Can that one be updated to show the correct Log (Headache/Migraine Log)? Thanks! This gives power and control back to the Veteran, and provides solid evidence of your symptoms and conditions in case a RVSR wants to "overlook" certain documents. This also provides the necessary evidence for HLRs to be easily adjudicated. Great Info and material.

Yes. Good tool for documentation. I'm having that same issue with the migraine logs too. Can only get the Genitourinary log.
