Guys here many are focussing on the communication skills of the guy who gave interview ..but from the way he answered definitely interviewer was happy with his answers and his experience....for every question he has come up with a nice scenario on how he worked ..so that shows he has good experience ... communication isnt an issue when there is subject .
The candidate is so excited and rushing to answer the questions for which he knows the answer to, so much so that he is not even letting the interviewer complete his question. cool down and answer slowly no need to rush.

The hiring manager is pretty good in terms of communication and the way he put up the questions is so nice. The attendee seems to be not fit as the way he communicate and the way he is using the slang absolutely wont take him to any further nice roles in his career. I strongly recommend people to grab amazing communication skills , it pays you a lot . Technically lot more people out there but the presentation and driving skills are imperative to make your dreams come true. Please don't attempt to put these low communication video's, it perhaps leads to loosing the hope to several peoples.
I have gap of around 2 years bcoz of some personal matters.Also I have two years of experience but it was not in purely development but wants to work on oracle plz suggest me way to come in. is it possible for me to work on again..plz reply??

It is possible.Try to learn tools instead of in-depth Oracle PL/SQL. Getting the job is easy but sustainment will be hard .Consultancy can arrange experience certificates for gaps.All the best
Why are some people always say this? It is easy to get a job but hard to sustain. I can say nothing is worst than creating fear in people by saying such sort of things. Be positive whatsoever it comes. In IT field If you know English and Maths very well you can grab any technology easily. Thank you I am not here to say much.
