Why review something you don't like and what are the chances that it will be a positive review if you DON'T LIKE what you're reviewing. If Chop Stop has 20 restaurants as you said they do, they must be doing something right...
The point of a review isn't to blindly praise whatever they're talking about. They're trying chain restaurants and this is a chain. It also seemed that they liked the chopped salad, it was the other stuff that sounds bad.
