You're right about that! I want a remake of this. It feels like P.A. Works killed him for dramatic realization of the MC. They should have team up if there is a season 2. It's just sad 😢 and frustrating at the same time when it makes sense to save the brother of the MC and they just killed him easily.
He could have lived but creators killed him. For that scene. Sad. Like what they did to Charlotte (Sorry for the spoil) -the MC's bro's best friend could've been saved too.
This scene reminds me of when Yuu thought he lost Mika from Seraph of the End, but yeah, Shun losing Kumagami in that way definitely resonates to this one here more as we literally see the life leave their eyes 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
