That Banjo doesnt even ACT like its gonna go outta tune. (ya have her trained WELL..LOL). Honest to God best version Ive ever heard! Super clean , well defined.
thanks, not a song I play too much. I need to get the tuner turn timing a little better. This is a song you need to practice once in a while otherwise you'll crash when someone asks you to play it.....
Awesome job Royce. Your a fine picker. Do you need to have your Keiths rebuilt very often. Mine are acting a little funky. I don't use them for tunes that much though.
First time I heard this song, was in 1977 played by Walt Hendsley from Baltimore, and you play an equal version to his. Thanks for posting 👍🪕
Beautiful, Outstanding job my friend!!!!
Rock solid rhythm and timing ,great.

Hi Royce, man what a great job on this difficult tune. You absolutely rocked it with precision and clarity. Very nice!! Love the tone of that banjo...
This was great
I love the way you played that, spot on!
absolutely exellent. Thank you !!!
Great job. Nobody can play the 5-string banjo like J.D. Crowe, but you play like you and that's really really good.
love jd Crowe my whole reason for picking up a banjo. very good job on the cover, just excellent.
Very polished! Awesome job!
Thanks! 🎶🪕
Good stuff!
Nice entry!
Boss!
Great
Very nice pickin!!
very nice!
very good in tempo and rythm. most players on u-tube play this to sloppy, to fast and then get clumsy.
solid picking- good job
That thing is a CANNON

I had Bill Keith rebuild two sets for me about a year before he passed. They are still working perfectly.
Man I can tell this is a prewar gibson

Wow burt you can’t be touched on the 5 string! Incredible picking accuracy
