the game would likely be replayed just as the FA CUP match between Bolton and Spurs was in 2012. That would make the original game null and void. In 2006 Wigan was Watford was abandoned mid-game due to a waterlogged pitch. On that occasion, Fantasy Premier League removed the match and any points accrued in it from the gameweek - meaning it was as if the players had not played and automatic substitutions were made. we should know soon. Thoughts With Tom and a speedy recovery.

I understand the replay from a footballing sense but FPL have made a rod for their own back here. We've lost points before because things are locked in as 'happened', even if subsequently changed an hour after the game. These points have 'happened' but are now in flux? Does this mean they'll now amend mistakes after the fact?

Firstly, I’d like to mention that your differentiation from other FPL creators is your in depth, longer and more analysed videos - I love that. Moreover, you offer psychological, statistical and future planning angles, offering a holistic approach. My only suggestion on what I’d like to see more would be an interaction with us who regularly tune in. Specifically, I’d love to see you analyse three different teams weekly from our community and analyse (a) their positives (b) negatives and (c) what transfers or ideas to suggest. This, I think, would broaden what an FPL pro like yourself might be thinking with one of our teams. I.E. offering a comparison in mindset differences between each other. I know its just after the gameweek where the game was abandoned but solanke continued to look consistent Bournemouth don't look scared to attack any team and also he is likely to get a double game week at some point depending what team that is with I might be looking at my triple captain week as not many gameweeks for double yet

In regards as to what to do. Just go with your gut is the best advice I would give anyone. Me personally, I look at your team and straight away I look a Darwin. I had him, got rid of him 2 weeks ago and brought in solanke because I didn’t like what I seen from Darwin and he’s not nailed and it’s paid off… But yeah just go with your gut

I think you've delayed the moves out for Darwin and Alvarez too long, at the same time I understand what you mean about there not being a striker that really interests you. I think that just means it Martinelli who should be on the chopping blocks. The Richarlison punt looks tasty, and i would personally go for it. I still think Bailey is worth the risk (i believe he would have started if not for the injury, and is currently a better shout than Diaby. Also, it could be that this is a GW to roll the transfer (especially if you expect goals in LIV v ARS)
However, the time to sell Martinelli was long ago. Now that Jesus is back and NOT nketiah we are seeing the old martinelli. Just like what happened last season when jesus came back

I’m bringing Alex Moreno in now, cause I feel like most people will be reluctant to and the upside for him is so much more than say a pau or konsa. End of the day, it’s a risk but anyone can be rotated at any time and after his performance vs Brentford, he might’ve done enough to give himself a run in the team

To get him back in 19 or 20 I need to sell Son and Darwin, but with my current funds that would only leave me with 5.8 for son’s replacement. I would complete ignore ownership and pick the best players. If that ends up being 1 or 10 differentials, it doesn't matter! That being said, I would try not to go overly different for the sake of it and probably limit 'risky' picks to 2 or 3
Watching spurs, Kulusevski is involved in a lot but not at the END of most moves. He was high impact this gameweek because Johnson got injured and he got pushed out wide. He won't stay there though. Johnson didnt have concussion, just a nasty cut and will be back out wide. Spurs chances always fall to the wider players. thats why they pushed son out wide as soon as richi was fit. Pick son or Johnson
82(-4) currently but waiting to see what happens with solanke. Stoked with tge decent gameweek after an average one the week before. Up to 120k overall now so making good strides
Great videos mate! I would personally not make any transfers this week as I don't remember any low scoring games between Liverpool and Arsenal. Being a Liverpool fan, I know they concede chances to every team and Martinelli v Trent could pay off. Darwin is good against high lines due to his pace (Remember two goals against Newcastle) and he is unpredictable and frustrating but but he might be worth keeping against Arsenal.
Would you sell Zinchenko to Trippier this week? Zinchenko is decent for bonus points and most likely nailed with Tomiyasu out injured and will go to Asian Cup.

What about Gross for Brighton as a cheaper mid? He's had several assists and a goal in the last 5 game weeks. Brighton's fixtures between now and GW28 seem favourable. They've got Palace twice, Wolves, Luton, Sheffield United, Fulham, Forrest, so he could feasibly be a hold until GW29 when their fixtures get difficult.

Personally don't think Alvarez is a bad hold. Have held onto him for last 10 GW and despite being relatively poor, I've managed to get inside top 100k, I think he offers too much upside to sell ahead of Darwin, who isn't playing well ATM.
I have a similar issue with Dawin/Isak/Watkins up front. My thoughts are Isak to Adebayo GW18 Darwin to Jesus GW19 Roll GW20 (or deal with any other issues) Then Salah to KDB GW21 So i have a Luton forward to rotate in for Home games and play a 352 predominantly the rest of the season instead of having bench fodder for no reason. What do you reckon? Could transfer in Mateta instead of Adebayo but minutes are risky for both

Goalkeepers can't auto sub and change formation, so yes. A GK with a clean sheet pays himself back for the -4. If he only plays and gets NOTHING you only lose -2. Its as close to a no brainer as fpl gets.
Tsmikas to konsa. Then you bench Nunez and use the time before the gw 19 deadline to analyze Darwin and Alvarez situation some more (fitness of haaland/kdb/jota, performance, rotation and whatnot). That’s what I’ll do if I had your team most likely
you can't work around that without wildcard? Who do you have? Son and Salah? Unless your team is in horrible shape try and strategise around it early and you could set yourself up for a massive end of season after new signings, and the horrible xmas fixtures injuries start coming back. Players ALWAYS get injured over XMAS, and you could literally wildcard into a dream team

I would also transfer Martinelli to Gordon, who is almost guaranteed to score in every home game. Alvarez is probably the best of your transfer options despite the G18 blank. Planning to transfer Mykolenko to an Aston Villa defender this week. Can't afford Pau Torres, who may be injured anyway. What do you think about Konsa or Diego Carlos?
67 points but Sterling should replace Haaland which would be 73 points. However Haaland was captain and Solanke was vice captain so could have 6 taken off or another 6 added on if Solanke’s points remain and get doubled as captain. 😮
Solanke's points won't remain, that's why it's taking so long for them to take our subs off the bench. That would usually have been done yesterday, so they're obviously having to go through the database, remove all the points for Bournemouth, Luton players.
I got a question for GW 21: if I want to sell Salah and Son in that period and I want both back around GW 24 I lose so many value. I lose -0,4 on both. Do I only sell one for the period. Otherwise it's hard to have both after the cup.

I went early to solanke from darwin, he's been such a troll for me since WC10. I had 2FT, so might also move tsimikas to konsa with the doubt on pau. Would you prioritize transferring in Konsa to start over gabriel/tsimikas (Also has nice rotation with my defense) or bringing in a goalkeeper, as Im on sanchez and areola right now, so might move to dubravka? Or both for a hit? Thanks! As for your team, I would hold alvarez and martinelli for now with the upcoming fixtures, and go darwin to solanke this week and try for an arsenal defender in the next 2 weeks. Solanke has good long-term fixtures, and I think wait to see what will happen with the luton game but I think you could afford to bench him for a couple weeks when the good fixtures end.

I had Solanke and Senesi in GW17 and together they have 8 points without the bonus points for Solanke. If this game is replayed and I lose these points then I have Colvill and Gordon on my bench with 12 points. It should help me get a higher rank. I am at 376K at present.
I expect it to either be Nkunku in the 10, Palmer RW, Jackson as the 9. Or, Palmer as the 10, Nkunku as the 9 with Jackson on the bench. Not sure which way they will go at the moment
I am tired of Darwin but I dont trust Solanke against Forest away. I want to know your thoughts about Adebayo in Luton. We have terrible strikers this year and I have Haaland and Watkins. I don’t think it’s fair to strip his points as they were fairly earned. No different to him being substituted at that point in the game.

Great videos mate! I would personally not make any transfers this week as I don't remember any low scoring games between Liverpool and Arsenal. Being a Liverpool fan, I know they concede chances to every team and Martinelli v Trent could pay off. Darwin is good against high lines due to his pace (Remember two goals against Newcastle) and he is unpredictable and frustrating but but he might be worth keeping against Arsenal.

Would you sell Zinchenko to Trippier this week? Zinchenko is decent for bonus points and most likely nailed with Tomiyasu out injured and will go to Asian Cup.

What about Gross for Brighton as a cheaper mid? He's had several assists and a goal in the last 5 game weeks. Brighton's fixtures between now and GW28 seem favourable. They've got Palace twice, Wolves, Luton, Sheffield United, Fulham, Forrest, so he could feasibly be a hold until GW29 when their fixtures get difficult.
I went for Sanchez in goal when areola was injured, I also have turner, should I make a gk transfer or do what I planned which was to bring in either konsa or Colwill for tsimikas

However for some reason I’m looking at G.Jesus over Solanke - I think I’ve been wanting Jesus all season, only stopped because of the injuries…hoping this isn’t some sort of bias.
So I guess my question is if you needed to sell Isak and/or Darwin for another striker ….who?

Personally don't think Alvarez is a bad hold. Have held onto him for last 10 GW and despite being relatively poor, I've managed to get inside top 100k, I think he offers too much upside to sell ahead of Darwin, who isn't playing well ATM.
I have a similar issue with Dawin/Isak/Watkins up front.
My thoughts are Isak to Adebayo GW18
Darwin to Jesus GW19
Roll GW20 (or deal with any other issues)
Then Salah to KDB GW21

Goalkeepers can't auto sub and change formation, so yes. A GK with a clean sheet pays himself back for the -4. If he only plays and gets NOTHING you only lose -2.
Its as close to a no brainer as fpl gets.
Tsmikas to konsa. Then you bench Nunez and use the time before the gw 19 deadline to analyze Darwin and Alvarez situation some more (fitness of haaland/kdb/jota, performance, rotation and whatnot). That’s what I’ll do if I had your team most likely

Unless your team is in horrible shape try and strategise around it early and you could set yourself up for a massive end of season after new signings, and the horrible xmas fixtures injuries start coming back.
Players ALWAYS get injured over XMAS, and you could literally wildcard into a dream team

I don’t how this interrupted game can cause so much trouble for FPL. I’m from the Netherlands and last week 2 teams finished their 7minutes of football that were yet to resume due to the initital game being interupted aswell. Why cant the PL do the same and next why cant FPL just add the points afterwords accordingly?
The FA is corrupt to the extreme, they have to get their brown envelopes sorted first.
Darwin is the kind of player that'll get you thinking he's going to haul this gameweek, in every gameweeks. I'd sell him.

Lifelong Liverpool fan, but I would sell Nuñez (aka Darwin), who has wasted too many chances to be taken seriously as an FPL player. I would also transfer Martinelli to Gordon, who is almost guaranteed to score in every home game. Alvarez is probably the best of your transfer options despite the G18 blank.

67 points but Sterling should replace Haaland which would be 73 points. However Haaland was captain and Solanke was vice captain so could have 6 taken off or another 6 added on if Solanke’s points remain and get doubled as captain. 😮
Solanke's points won't remain, that's why it's taking so long for them to take our subs off the bench. That would usually have been done yesterday, so they're obviously having to go through the database, remove all the points for Bournemouth, Luton players.
They should just keep the points as it is
I got a question for GW 21: if I want to sell Salah and Son in that period and I want both back around GW 24 I lose so many value. I lose -0,4 on both.
Do I only sell one for the period. Otherwise it's hard to have both after the cup.
It's a viable option I think. I'd lose £0.6m from selling both.

I went early to solanke from darwin, he's been such a troll for me since WC10. I had 2FT, so might also move tsimikas to konsa with the doubt on pau. Would you prioritize transferring in Konsa to start over gabriel/tsimikas (Also has nice rotation with my defense) or bringing in a goalkeeper, as Im on sanchez and areola right now, so might move to dubravka? As for your team, I would hold alvarez and martinelli for now with the upcoming fixtures, and go darwin to solanke this week and try for an arsenal defender in the next 2 weeks. Solanke has good long-term fixtures, and I think wait to see what will happen with the luton game but I think you could afford to bench him for a couple weeks when the good fixtures end.

I had Solanke and Senesi in GW17 and together they have 8 points without the bonus points for Solanke. If this game is replayed and I lose these points then I have Colvill and Gordon on my bench with 12 points. It should help me get a higher rank. I am at 376K at present.

I am tired of Darwin but I dont trust Solanke against Forest away. I want to know your thoughts about Adebayo in Luton. We have terrible strikers this year and I have Haaland and Watkins. Darwin is terrible, Alvarez is bad, Wilson and Isak are not doing well. Gakpo can be an option but not playing. I am thinking of Adebayo.
