To extinguish moxa sticks you can also wrap it in tin foil making sure the end that was burning is fully covered. This starves the fire of oxygen and suffocates it effectively putting it out. This way you don’t waste any of the moxa like you would if you were to cut the end off. ❤
I am against putting this kind of videos for the public, people may use them blindly without paying attention to any contraindications. As example using moxa on guan yuan for a virgin lady may cause infertility are you aware of this? Moxa alos can't be used on arteries or for patients with blood disorder.

I agree that moxa cannot be used on arteries, but I feel this is rarely the case in the clinic anyway, most of the points we use for moxibustion (back shu points, ST 36, CV 4, etc.) are not located on an artery. So yea I don't know much about blood disorders but I do know virgin ladies cause a disorder in my blood flow, especially to some organs if you catch my drift ;)
