Great video on how to make the pillow! I’ve watched many of the SailRite videos using the basting tape. I am wondering what happens if you stick your fabric down in the wrong spot. Can you lift it up again and reposition it or is it not going to move so you have to get it right the first time? Also, will it gum up your needle at all when sewing over top of it. Thanks!

One of the great things about using the Acrylic based seamstick from Sailrite is that you can position a panel and then if it is not right you can un-baste it and re-baste it using the same piece of seamstick that you applied. How you measured cutting the corners was not clear.

I may be able to help. Measure from the corner of the pillow plate 1/2 inch from left and right and place a mark. Then take the distance of the side of the pillow and divided by 4. Strike a line from that point to the 1/2 inch. It is that easy!
