"Disney"-Starwars is just bad and stupid......
I fell asleep while watching Solo, a few episodes of Kenobi, and The Mandalorian (S3). Wow, Disney can kill any franchise no matter how great it was.😴

Sabine is mandalorian, in rebels she wore armour carried two pistols and had a jet pack and was not force sensitive. The ezra character found the darksaber and gave it to her and she learned to use it , but eventually gave to to bokatan . ( lots of mandalorian episodes in clone wars and rebels)

For some weird reason all the males from Rebels are absent and it's a total Girl Boss show. The Force is Female, I guess.
And don't give me that dead/missing explanation. Had Disney wanted it they would have brought those characters back pretty quickly.

@@jermo1470 Ezra, he's missing but probably be used in the finale for a minut or two. Which is a shame becaue I wanted to see more of him.
Ahsoka was already a badass, and so was Sabine as just a mandalorian and she was already somewhat trained to use a lightsaber. It's not like she picked up the lightsaber and instantly could use the force (like a certain sequel character we all know) and honestly I'd be fine with her never using the force we know of atleast two bounty hunters who used lightsabers and weren't force sensitive. (Cad bane and Boba fett) also there were plenty of female jedi and padawan pairs in the republic era.
In Ahsoka they replaced almost all men characters with droids.

He was right. The third episode fell flat on it's face. I'm a Clone Wars and Rebels fan and had high hopes. I still hope that third episode was just a fluke and the show can manage to claw it's way back but so far, I'm disappointed.

When it's lazy and transparently obvious that it was done for social credit rather than a well planned and inspired story. Critical Drinker did a video on "strong female characters" of this day and age, starting it with all the great strong women in past media that somehow "didn't properly exist" until current Hollywood made them, citing the bride often as good character.
That's just how it is today.. If a character is a Woman, Gay, Black or Asian.. or even worse.. some combination of those. It's "woke propaganda" 🤷♂️
And If you have more than 2 of those working together.. oh man.. it's over. Time to cancel the subscription.

@jermo1470 I'm speaking in general, not just necessarily this show in particular. The show isn't necessarily woke because all three main/major protagonists are quality female characters from decently created show, it's biggest crime is that it's boring and padded with empty space that is not breathing room but awkward silence. If they started talking about transparent connections to real-world issues like reading standard talking point with all the subtlety of look at the camera and read roboticly from a teleprompter as if to dare audiences to disagree, and the label them as one of "those deplorables" while hiding behind rich corporate "anti-toxicity" statements try to paint themselves as the good guys, then it would be "Woke".
You would enjoy clone wars. It gets better with each season.
Hard years for a Sci-fi fan. Only hope is for some independent movies. Main stream, like Star Wars, is unacceptable.
