Nexito Plus induced sleep artificially. Like all other sedatives this medicine should not be taken as a long time remedy against disturbed sleep or sleeplessness.

I encountered the same issue but it's natural to feel sleepy and tired after having it. If you sleep enough throughout the night and build that habit, it will only affect you around night time, when you want to sleep
