I used D - Dmaj7 - C#m7 - Bm7 for the verses and A - F#m7 - F#7 - Bm7 for the last line of the verses and chorus. All barre chords except for A and F#m7 which I played basically as A with F# at the lowest string (2x222x). Hope that helps!
