Subscriber #406 here: Love the plain speech way of explaining what you're doing. Watched another video or two, so I had to subscribe. As a DM Dad too, I've often thought about recording much like you've done. Well done, keep up the good work. And thanks.

    Great video as always!
I keep going back and forth on whether or not I am going to try and add this on to the end of my current campaign if the party decides they want to keep going with their existing characters.
After reading through the adventure and watching multiple reviews and “how to fix” videos, I think it could be a lot of fun with a few pretty simple changes. Look forward to hearing about how things go with your campaign.

I am starting this one in a couple of weeks and have been watching a lot of your videos. I will definitely be stealing your change to the secrets mechanic. I think the book has a good concept with it but it just seems weird and cumbersome to me. I like your approach to that one!

So, two thoughts. One, the list of reasons to be in Neverewinter could be different for the players from different campaigns, even teleporting the one from the alternate plane. Then, once there, Lord Neverember gathers them all as they are the greatest heroes in the city.
Thought two, skip chapter one altogether, and when the three wizards cast their wish spell, it pulls each of the players from wherever they are in the Multiverse. Maybe their wish was for a way to stop Vecna, and these mismatched heroes were the answer they got.

the bard/warlock from Ravenloft is similar only he is out of Ravenloft and the symbol of Ravenkind saves him from the reality shift and becomes his Vistage of divergence
the monk from our Tomb of Annihilation campaign gets saved by the 9 spirits from the Tomb of Annihilation merging with his clock of displacement creating the vestige of divergence the clock of 9 soules
They become nexus beings no longer bound to their reality and save from Vecan`s random changes as reality breaks down as Vecna is setting up his perfect universe
For now, the lady of pain keeps Sigil save from Vecna`s impact on the multiverse the powers can`t interfear since veena is just bending divine law not breaking it so only demons and mortals could stop him

Every table is different, do what you think your guys will buy into the most. There are tons of reasons that characters might get sent to another plane of existence.
