That was a fun game! Epitomizes what LLWS should be about. Lots of balls put in play. Some excellent defensive play. Pitchers throwing strikes. Batters getting hits. Some small ball. Some home runs. A home run robbery. It had it all!
Nevada is a really good team but were simply outgunned by Texas and Florida .. s as my team That makes it to LLWS should be proud as that’s no easy feat

From the looks of things Florida has a great coach. The way he treated Tiraje (please excuse misspelling) when he came out was very nice. Keep it up coach, and your team is well coached, good job.
That's a cool story about meeting some Little Leaguers at Yankee Stadium! I actually have a similar story, I was flying out of Prague earlier this month and the kids from the Czech Republic LLWS team just happened to be on the flight at the gate right next to mine, I could tell it was them because they were wearing sweatshirts with the Czech baseball logo and I was like "are you guys the team going to Williamsport?" and they were like "yeah" so I was like "I'll be rooting for you!" Was pretty cool
@@brianmeen2158 can't get to sunday without winning saturday. No choice. US teams don't play this conserved which is why I was surprised that Florida didn't throw their ace till closing for this game. I don't think texas has anything good enough beyond number 2 to throw at Florida.
Nevada should walk away with their heads held high. Best game I've seen out of 2 US teams thus far. They played great, had some really exciting defensive plays and they weren't scared to hit the ball. Hats off to them, and well done Florida.

For real. Like this year's little League players think they're big league players and doing all these celebrations and tipping the cap because they see it on social media. The Internet has killed the authenticity of being an actual kid and not trying to be an adult

These parents yell at any pop fly out that's 50 feet short of the fence like it's a homer right off the bat 😂. I remember when I was 10 I thought any pop fly was going to be a home run too. Most ended up to where the CF never even had to move haha.
He was way off. That call gets missed all of the time in all leagues, but I’m surprised that it was missed by the umps and coaches. It looked like the runner said, “he was off the bag”.

Some of these kids hair looks absolutely ridiculous.. man the game has changed so much it makes me sick to watch and these are 11/12 yr Olds. Screaming and flexing at every opportunity. So much for teaching humbleness and sportsmanship
God forbid they have fun. Only thing that irritated me was watching 90 percent of pitchers hats flying off with every pitch. Guess it's not cool to have a hat that fits.

Sadly, there are probably 3 teams in the international bracket (Taiwan, Venezuela, Japan) better than the entire US bracket this year, imo.
Japan is weak. they have showed that they can't hang with the best of em. If you put Japan vs Texas or Florida, I'd take either of the US teams.
