When he drag, the ball is very behind himself. That’s why he got so much power

He was a legend in the game and will live long in our memories. It surely was a pleasure to watch him perform.

Sohail Abbas, Taki Taekama were both great drag flickers but they were literally using boomerang shaped sticks. Drag flicking with these so called xtreme low bow sticks is much more difficult compared to banana shaped sticks in those days.

Is it possible for you to question Blake, Kieran and Jeramy about the JDH concave and how much it helps dragflicking

There is an extensive interview with Jeramy about his drag flick technique available on this site. As regards the others, I will discuss this with the when the opportunity presents its self. Interestingly, you will notice that most drag flickers use the low bow stick but not necessarily a concave stick.

Why is it spelt with an 'a' in Jeremy? Was that his request or am I confusing two players?

When coaching beginners, we try to develop their skills in a set way. Interestingly, many players adapt their style, Take Ashley Jackson for example who flicks very upright. (He used to be an ice hockey player... In fact, I think he has gone back to the ice).
      So,
it is good to watch closely how the top players in the world execute their skill. Plus, of course, the proof is in the result. I know one thing for sure.. I would not want to be the #1 runner with Jezzer flicking.

it isn't. If it works it works.
