I'm trying to remove the glass from my oven door.I removed the srews on both sides,but it seems to be stuck.Maybe old oil. What do you suggest.

Hey you can add a degreaser and let it soak for a few minutes. Remember to do that while screws are attached so it doesn't fall off

How do I remove glass to clean it please

You unscrew from inside. When you open it, you will see screws holding the glass, unscrew and remove it. Be careful not to drop it as it may shutter

Thanks a lot to you Defy for being so wonderfully useless to us your customers.It seems to me that you only obsessed with us buying your products and not giving a damn when we experience problems with such.I have a defy stove that its oven is not working,I can't get help even from your web site..
