My right hand has been hurting the past week. Feels like knuckles need to pop, but they won't. I've found myself speaking more freely around some and maintaining longer eye contact. I do get frustrated when those closest to me cannot read me as I do them. Why don't they know what they want without having to ask for an opinion. I find myself no longer replying at all. I'm tired, tired of others feeding off me, tired of feeding the spirit of others while mine drains. Most food is dead food, not much is satisfying so intermittent fasting has been key. Continual prayer is my heart's meditation. All praise be to God. 🙌

Yes, I'm 58 now but had to retire as the pains in my but and back along with vision changes made it impossible to keep doing the job I shouldn't have been doing anyways. Noticing very creative now, and producing things to aid in the creativity.

I am never sick tho, my changes as a chosen one recently is that i got a upgrade in my gene code, i truely believe this, i see this realm as the matrix, where i am like neo in the movie, i am like the last light in the darkness shining where ever i go.❤ Sometimes when i look in the mirror i see the reflection of Jesus, Buddha or other enlighten beings.
