I have all of these, but finding the balance is the hardest part. I feel like say video games and school and work take up a majority of my life, but I am trying to learn a new skill and can’t find the time to balance it. Typing it out, there’s a simple solution, but I am missing the action.
Programming and rock climbing seems to already fit all 5 with the social connection though I do learn languages, music, play challenging video games and read books on the side.
