    M3m should not have raised the rates so high that selling comes down drastically. Rates are already escalated and m3m is sitting on the top of that even. NRI should enter for self use only now, but before that they should visit the place also.

    There is no market hype, signature 71 has further reduced price by 1k and open for all kind of on table negotiations

      You are right. Realestate crash is happening now. How can they scrap the price by 5000 rs per sq ft just like that. Sale is happeining only on papers. The real sale is not happening.

    If after Haryana elections government change builder comunity will change old builder like
    CHD or Raheja will come with new project

    Effectively they have raised Investment Required: from 20:80 to
    35:35:30
    Making the Apparent price cut an eye wash.
    Shows the limit of Gurgaon Market in terms of what Returns you can expect as Investor.
