Another cool and informative vid. Your sporty is taking shape!!! I’d stay with the rubber boots and the 21” front wheel. On my shovel I have a 21” front and a 19” rear with a sissybar welded to my swing arm and bolted to the rear fender. Take care and ride safe.

19" front, 15" wire-spoked rear with a 130 tyre, bobbed rear fender with turned-up tail, solo sprung seat! Looking good!

new front rim is dope. i really like the bars and it does seem to give it more of a chopper look to it. i was thinkin of running the same bars, but im not sure it will fit the theme of my project, as it wont be as skinny as yours is. what i love about your videos is that you give the viewers new ideas for our own projects. much respect, man. now i gotta get to work on my own. hehe. 🤘🏽
I think they both look great, just different. One of the coolest things about bikes is that a few little changes can totally change the looks, and that is what makes it all yours...

21’s definitely 🤘🏼 I’m planning to customize my SR400 soon too. Was thinking about getting a full extended fork instead of putting on the fork extensions though.

From New Zealand love the front wheel! Currently hard tailing my 91 sportster so looking forward to the next vid of cleaning up the bars. Definitely rekon you should make it a hard tail tho, I'm using a frame from Tc bros. Please keep the content coming!!

I like the 19" bobber style, think it fits the bike as it is better but with longer forks and another rear wheel it would look cool with the 21"

I have an eBay version of those shocks a little bit stiffer ride but definitely Lowers the back end on my Yamaha and it looks great

I guess I’m the only one who liked the first setup way better. The 19 was so clean and tough looking
I like both styles .....you cannot go wrong with either. Use one for awhile , than switch up if it appeals to ya.

I like the look of the 21 and makes more sense if you are going to change the rear to a 18 or 19.

Sugestion for the next custom part, change the headlight for a little big more and yellow and the seat

Keep the 16 inch wheel ,extend the swing arm by inch...it will look awesome..& the 21 inch looks dope..
Bro you should make mid pegs for shadows and sell them, corner the market cause no one in the US has them....I’m VERY new to bike building so something like that would be helpful...also thanks for getting my ass off the couch and in the garage
I say the 21 if you are going to extend the forks and make it a chopper, if not then the 19 looks good the way it is. Really turning into a nice ride.

If you're staying with these bars and extending the forks, definitely the 21. I like the whole bobber look tho. Probably because I haven't had one yet but I had a sick ass chopper. She beat the shit outa me tho....ridged af, but absolutely gorgeous and badass. Made a trade for a bagger and never looked back. Lane splitting ain't legal here tho

I like the 21. Looking great. I’m in the middle of redoing my 2005 xl1200c. Putting a Springer -3 on so I may need to go to a19 on the front. Got some Baxter Jack Rabbits coming too. What size tires were you running on the 19?
It'll look badass with the 21 but with the 19 wheel style, thicker and kinda square. In my opinion, but it still looking sick.
I think a velocity stack would make it look dope too. But definitely the 21
If you had a rear spoked Rim or an 8 spoked Mag Rim would look Bad Ass too, then I'd say the 21 for sure! but the 19 goes better with that back wheel you have now, it's looking better with each and every passing video brother!

19" with fork boots and the old handlebar, that rear suspension looks good but is a nightmare to ride.

I'd cut down the cam cover and drive sprocket cover to give it more of a classic look kind of like a panhead

Personally I vote for the 21 wheel. I find that it refines the silhouette of the bike and that's what I did on my FXR.

I’m going to be using a vivitar action cam soon but it doesn’t allow for external mic so idk how that’s going to go lol. Then I’ll need to buy actual editing software now and start editing on a computer. Great video man I’m loving the bike. If you get a chance check out my bobber project bike and other one they’re both 84 viragos ( BeardedCatGuitar plus ) I’d love to hear your advice or maybe some ideas. Gunna buy a sticker or two soon to throw on when I get her running as a treat for myself lol.
I’m always biased towards a fat tire but I think if you extend the forks you gotta keep the 21.

hey man, love the build and how it's coming along so far, gort a quesiton, how tall are the stock shocks and the rebbit ear handlebars? I've bilttwell re-bars, and with the stock tank lifted about 2 inch, it gives minimum clearance to the side of the tank. Thanks!
Im wondering the same thing if these are the biltwell rebars too. I plan to get a frisco mount tank and wanna have an idea if ill have room as well

I want to extend the forks on my 2020 Softail Standard can anybody help me with what to get and where to get it
a stretchout fueltank would look nicer in my oppinion but other than that i really like it this far :D
Getting a bit of a NorCal vibe going.
Once you get the 18 on the rear, you should try something like a 6 or 8” over stock forks.
