I have limited space, so I’m just doing the Arcade1up Partycades. Put to right height on shelf and add a stool, it’s pretty good experience. For me it’s Asteroids, (8 game version) followed by PAC Man (4 games - 2nd generation PAC-Man.. the 8 game version would be better but that came 6 months later) and lastly Centipede (replaced the trackball with RetroArcade’s trackball.. much better... great for Missile Command). I will probably rebuild the deck however if I can find volcano buttons for the Missile basses and just swap out the deck. Things I don’t like about the Partycades is that the deck is flat to the floor and the monitor is flat to the wall, meaning 90’, not sloped like on the cabinets or even countercade (I have Space Invaders... poor monitor.. small screen - no planet/asteroid background). However If I ever want to gut the Partycades, I can make my own Bar-Cade with monitor/PCB and controls.
@@3rdFloorArcade I like the iiRcade arcade. It gives me more things to play and just is a well made home arcade console. MFL was a genius move by Jong since a license on Blitz us unlikely to ever happen. I wonder where you will put iiRcade in your sweet arcade? I like your ranking of all the cabs very cool. For me Star Wars and Atari rank really high because they were icons of my childhood arcade experience.
I am getting Atari Legacy Friday. I wanna add either Class of 1981 or Namco Legacy in the mix too. I have 8 multicades that can pretty much play all arcade games from the 70s through current.
Arcade 1up needs to make a Konami classics cabinet. Gyruss, Russian Attack, Scramble, Double Dribble, Contra, Gradius and Life Force. I'd buy that in a second. Also, if you included the MVSX in your list where would you put it? Great video Jason!
Thanks so much Johnnyfalcon613! That cabinet idea you got there sounds amazing! If I included the MVSX on there I think I’d put that at #2. Big fan of the MVSX!
Golden axe? Nice. Sadly I missed out on that. I'm debating getting their cabelas and tmnt arcade unit. I recently lost my father and he really liked to hunt but I also have many great memories of tmnt being at the hotels our family would be at during trips. Hard choice.
Both the TMNT and Golden Axe are excellent options if your looking to pick one up. I have great memories of playing that TMNT arcade game in the early 90s as well!
StarWars and Golden Axe are my favorite Cabs in my collection. Your Arcade is looking good! What Arcade1Up Cabs are you interested? I’m Interested in The Class of 81 Cab
Thanks Jeff! I love those two cabs also! I got my sights set on the Big Blue, X-men and the Class of ‘81. The game lineup and artwork on the Class of ‘81 is pretty amazing.
I just love the looks of the capcom legacy, by far the best looking cab imho, if only it had wifi!! I think your ranking is solid. I have the namco legacy which isn’t in your collection but is a super solid machine. Otherwise your ranking is good, I’d personally drop golden axe a tad, I enjoy mine a lot but not at #3
Thanks Pgfishguy, really appreciate that man! I totally agree with you on WiFi for the Capcom Legacy. That would have been the perfect cab! The Namco Legacy you have looks really good. Same with the Atari Legacy!
Yeah I'd rank the legacy cabinets higher. I game on stools so the height issue isn't a problem for me at 6'. The game lineups are probably the best on all the current cabs. And that retro look is amazing. I may raze the decks, but I haven't noticed my hands rubbing against the ridge when playing. I am however torn on big blue just because of the wifi. Even though my SF2 legacy is my favorite, cab, the wifi might make me go to big blue (unless they let folks by the board separately).
Those signs are the Arcade1up wall marquees that were sold at GameStop and Best Buy a couple years ago. I think they have been out of stock but I’m hoping Arcade1up starts selling these again👍
@@3rdFloorArcade yeah but that arcade is around 600 dollars. How much better is the arcade Shinku Hadoken and Yoga Flame compared to Street Fighter 2 Legacy Edition?

@@3rdFloorArcade I used to collect full size cabs and KI had always been my holy grail. Once I have the arcade1up version I'll die happy lol. Nice collection
I have NBA Jam, Golden Tee, Street Fighter Legacy, Turtles, Pac-Man Anniversary. I have had a couple others but sold to make room for these, out of what I have owned these are my top 5 - if I had more room I’d have more…. I have space for one more and it’s definitely going to be Simpsons. The beat em ups don’t have a ton of replay value but that was my childhood, one of my favorite shows of all time and any time I went to the arcades as a kid my two go to games were Daytona USA and Simpsons!
I only have the Mortal Kombat Costco bundle cabinet. I just don't have room for these, and for the price, I have to REALLY want one to justify it. That said, if I were to add any, I'd want the Golden Axe, OutRun, Star Wars, and Street Fighter Big Blue.
Right now I have the following cabs: TMNT, Galaga, Golden Tee and Ms. Pac-Man (also in order of purchase.) My favorite is still TMNT for the nostalgia but Galaga and Golden Tee get A LOT of play time when people come over and when I'm playing by myself. I'm definitely getting the X-Men cabinet. I'm on the fence with the Simpsons one though. I might also sell my Galaga and Ms. Pac-Man cabs then get the Ms.Pac-Man/Galaga Class of 81 cab so I can consolidate because I know I'll be getting a lot more cabinets from A1UP and will need the space.
Excellent video Jason! Thanks for being an inspiration for my arcade house!! Cue the Rocky 4 soundtrack in the 3rd floor arcade lol. Quick question, do you hit your hand on the screen playing golden tee? That's been a semi- deal breaker for me, since I feel I hurt my hand on the arcade version. As for your question, as of now I only have 2 so outrun 2 NBA jam 1 love them both. I hope someday I can do a top 15 !
Thanks dtg, I really appreciate that dude! I’ve definitely hit my hand a couple times on the screen when I first got the Golden Tee but ever since I’ve been really careful and it’s been fine. I’m really hoping A1UP can do another Golden Tee with online play. That’s awesome you got NBA Jam and Outrun, both great cabs!

Not sure yet, I might sell one or two. Or I was thinking I might start putting some overflow cabs in another room and rotate them in and out of the 3rd Floor.
I just have 4 cabs, currently, but I'd also rank Marvel vs Capcom as #1. That said, I have a question, if you don't mind: How is the sound on your MvC cabinet vs, let's say, Marvel Superheroes cab or the TMNT cab? Personally, MvC doesn't sound bad for me, but Superheroes and Turtles just blows away MvC in terms of the sound and how loud it gets. I'm hoping I'm just an isolated incident, but I feel like my MvC cab got packed with less than stellar speakers. I'm sure I'll replace it at some point with new speakers. Just curious what it's been like for you. Not only that, but maybe how does all of your cabs sound in comparison with each other? Are they all great or are there any sub-par? Thanks and great video, btw. Rankings are always fun...
Thanks so much Truth in Entertainment, really appreciate that brother! I did notice the sound on some of the A1UP cabs can be inconsistent. Like some much louder than others. The Pac Man 40th and also Ms Pac Man I noticed both have volume issues. I haven’t noticed anything weird with the Marvel Vs Capcom cab though.

Top 5 for me is: 5. Outrun 4. Marvel Pinball 3. Golden Tee 2. Big Buck World 1. NBA JAM I've also got the X-men vs. Street Fighter, TMNT and Ms. Pacman. I get why X-Men vs Street Fighter/MvC would be a favourite to some, and trust me, I like it a lot, but I like fighting games, and dont love them, so that's why it ranks lower for me. NBA JAM is perfection to me. I'll never get tired of that game. I just wish i could have gotten the light up deck version, which wasnt sold where i live.
That’s a great lineup you got there Greg! I hear great things about the Marvel Pinball and Outrun cab which are both machines I don’t have. And that NBA Jam is awesome!
Hey Jason, just wondering when you sell your arcade1ups how much of a markdown do you sell them at? For example, if you were to sell big buck hunter give me a price you would sell it for (voluntarily) and how much you bought it for. Also in Canada they cost around 600 and never go on sale, but our minimum wage is $12 so what would you sell it at if you lived in Canada and bought it for that price? - Canadian Fan
Hi Zane! Thanks for checking out the video! When I sell a cabinet, I usually aim to get at least half of what I paid for it. The Big Buck cab I believe I paid 499 for it so I’d normally let it go for at least $250. Seems fair for both parties! 👍
Love your rankings. My top 5 are: 1) Buck Hunter (I have a 20 inch monitor and 4 inch riser added to it) 2) Atari Legacy 3) NBA Jam 4) Golden Tee 5) Super Pac-Man My overall cab that’s not an Arcade 1up is my Dragons Lair iircade.
That’s such a great lineup you got there Jolly Green! Your Big Buck Hunter with those mods sounds awesome man! And I agree with you on IiRcade, what an amazing cabinet. Super awesome quality and really good and expanding game library. I am debating if I should add another iiRcade to the mix, I really like that Mutant League Football cab!
That MVC is just so awesome. The only thing they could have done to improve it is by putting higher end sticks and buttons on there. Everything else is flawless!
@@3rdFloorArcade I suppose if you get one on Walmart clearance (150-200 per cab) I would buy to my heats content on games I have a personal nostalgia for. Last year I bought a diy arcade cabinet with 40 inch led tv & sanwa buttons. Then manually installed launchbox/mame/no-intro roms/etc, and now it has more than 30000 games - all in a single cabinet. Isn't that way simpler and more efficient, rather than owning tens of thousands of arcade cabinets?
These arcade 1 up arcades just don't make sense to me... yall want multiple cabs which is why you don't have someone like Rec room masters commission to make you one, then you cram them all together and utterly hide the side panel art lol. HUH!? I mean to each their own... but i just don't get it man. You can have half the cabs, twice the quality, and all the style of the side art being able to BREATHE!
Yeah, quite the dilemma eh?? Well what if we don't cram them in... then we have a full arcade of cabinets with the most accurate artwork, thus the most accurate experience. I have many more than Jason has and I don't have my artwork hidden. Takes just a little finesse and brainstorming to get the optimal setup.

Awesome! That Atari Legacy looks sweet. I’ve seen nothing but great reviews on that one!

Golden axe revenge of death adder is truly awesome. But the first one will always be my favourite. It's my favourite of all time.
Totally agree Liam! That original Golden Axe is such a great classic!
This collection is definitely missing the Final Fight cab. That's a must for any Capcom fan. I love mine!!!
That Final Fight cab is awesome! Great variety of games too. I had that one and sold it about a year ago. And now I’m missing it a lot!
@@3rdFloorArcade I have 15 Cabs as well. I love the Final Fight and NBA jams.
I have to agree; I also have the Capcom Legacy cab but in no way will I ever be getting rid of my Final Fight cab!!

With Arcade1up releasing a Turtles in Time cab, are you thinking about replacing your current TMNT cab?
Maybe he since it has wifi
I love that Turtles in Time cab with WiFi but I think I’m sticking with the original. 👍
Golden axe?

Hi Jason,
I noticed Neo Turf Masters playing on your MVSX. Does that game come included, or was it an add
On? I heard that it didn’t. Thanks!
I only have the NBA jam arcade 1up and I love it online play is so fun and it looks awesome
That NBA Jam cab is one of my favorites too. And Hang Time is so awesome on there 🏀
StarWars and Golden Axe are my favorite Cabs in my collection.
@@3rdFloorArcade Those are my 3 takeaways from E3 as well Jason.
@@rickhoes6326 also some of those new IiRcade cab designs look great. Especially the Mutant League Football and Space Ace!
@@OfficeArcade if only capcom legacy had wifi it would be a spectacular cabinet.
Where did you purchase those arcade signs on your wall? Looks awesome.
Those signs are the Arcade1up wall marquees that were sold at GameStop and Best Buy a couple years ago. I think they have been out of stock but I’m hoping Arcade1up starts selling these again👍
Golden Axe is my favorite A1up cab. Flawless software and hardware imo...👍
Totally agree there! That cab is complete perfection!
How big is that room?
It’s roughly 16 by 24 (about 380 square feet)
street fighter 2 legacy esition for 380 dollars is worth it?
I would go with the Yoga Flame or Shinku Hadoken over that one. Newer and upgraded machines over that original SF2 Legacy.
@@3rdFloorArcade yeah but that arcade is around 600 dollars. How much better is the arcade Shinku Hadoken and Yoga Flame compared to Street Fighter 2 Legacy Edition?

I have space for one more and it’s definitely going to be Simpsons. The beat em ups don’t have a ton of replay value but that was my childhood, one of my favorite shows of all time and any time I went to the arcades as a kid my two go to games were Daytona USA and Simpsons!

I only have the Mortal Kombat Costco bundle cabinet. I just don't have room for these, and for the price, I have to REALLY want one to justify it. That said, if I were to add any, I'd want the Golden Axe, OutRun, Star Wars, and Street Fighter Big Blue.
The MK Costco cab is a great one. That Big Blue would look awesome next to that my man! 👍
That’s a great lineup you got there. I might actually do the same with my Ms Pac Man and replace it with the Class of ‘81 👍
Excellent video Jason!
The one and only I own, Revenge of Death Adder

I see that your MVSX has Windjammers on it, but I don’t have that on my cabinet. Are there different versions of that cabinet or something?

Hey Jason, just wondering when you sell your arcade1ups how much of a markdown do you sell them at? For example, if you were to sell big buck hunter give me a price you would sell it for (voluntarily) and how much you bought it for. Also in Canada they cost around 600 and never go on sale, but our minimum wage is $12 so what would you sell it at if you lived in Canada and bought it for that price?

Hi Zane! Thanks for checking out the video! When I sell a cabinet, I usually aim to get at least half of what I paid for it. The Big Buck cab I believe I paid 499 for it so I’d normally let it go for at least $250. Seems fair for both parties! 👍

The big multicades are awesome. I have one with thousands as well but I also enjoy having the dedicated cabinets with the artwork, online play, etc.
MvC FTW
Talks about burger time cab shows sf cab haha
