i did a T-maxx diy conversion. 2250 KV motor 20T/54T pinionn-spur and 6S lipos. OI loked the gearbox in 2nd gear. I can barely go over half throttle and the front wheels are allmost impossible to keep down! :)

Yea, but I already own a tmaxx, and it's either rebuild the gas engine or replace with electric... going electric. Nitro was fun back in the day, but brushless motors are much less hassle and better performance.
@@davidrambharose1683 I use to think that long ago, back when i bought the Tmaxx, but the maintenance aspect is what I don't care to do anymore, and brushless motors have so much more instant torque, and batteries are better than they use to be 15 years ago. Only advantage nitro really has is fill-up tank and keep driving... and it sounds cool.
