Mr. Funsho Adeolu stayed in Ikorodu. The house he stayed is a stone throw to where I stay. He came around during COVID-19 to distribute food items to people of the area after he had left the place to another area in Ikorodu. I really appreciate him. He is a carbon copy of his late mum. Bro, keeps up the good work.
Deolu has been fighting Takwando as at 80's and Papa Anta Laniyan had a drama group that gave Deolu foundation to pick up from. Deolu is a humble Festac guy....He is a God fearing man.i actually attended Sir Boni.... Takwando class. I love his humility. We all grew up in Festac. God bless him and continue to uphold him in Jesus name. Glad to see him on this platform.
43:30 - 43:36 Baba think am think am, just say they know, baba just struggled not to spill some names..looooooooooooool......walahi they know true true. And I love why he protects his values so much, he says I want my child to be proud to say yes, Funsho Adeolu is my father. That hit me.
Thank you, Teju for bringing Mr Funsho Adeolu and other OG actors that we knew way back. Please bring more of the actor that used to act in the 80s and 90s that have relocated to USA or Canada.
Thanks for this amazing podcast with Uncle Funsho Adeolu. He plays shekeeree at Joy Commett. You know he beautifully corrected me when I wanted to have a picture with him at the church. He is amazing.🎉 God bess
He has become an agent or broker @22:44 I like that he is humble enough to accept his new reality of living life abroad and using his talents and skills to earn more money. The highest form of dividend is freedom to do anything you want to. I think he will make a good teacher @35:14 because of his background. He will do well to found a school of broadcasting or media. He has many talents that America can bless. Let him just connect to the right people and remain an Omoluabi because the devils are in America just as they are in Nigeria. God bless his family.
I had a chance to meet Mr funsho because he is a close friend of my uncle and he is very down to earth, friendly, humble and GOD fearing...He is such of a lovely man and May GOD continue bless him🙏🙏🙏 and he is also a great actor, definitely one of the best to ever do it in Nollywood
I’ve seen the videos and I loved them. You’re a very good dancer. I don’t care if you’re seeking attention. It’s good to see someone in our era step like you do
I have said it before, when people are well raised and come from good homes, you will always see this good behaviour in their character.but these days a lot of people are badly raised and this reflects in so many people’s behaviour nowadays
The conclusion really gets to me, very very deep! Sharing your gift and using it to help humanity is where lies your purpose.🤔 thanks bro for what you do. God bless🙏🏿
all the OGs dun japa finish......I am glad they are getting the chance to come into a system that will at least support them to take care of their health and also establish their kids for a better future
About the Taekwondo, it's true...My late father (God rest his sweet soul), in the 60s got to the peak...that we had pictures of him breaking coconut with bare hands. According to my mum, he reach the magical level. However, he was always drawn back no matter how you provoke him, that he needs hit any of us no matter what the offence was. He only once defended my late mum from a man that tried to attack her...it was just a hit, and the man was knocked out for minutes. Even at that, he didn't feel good but the mam didn't give him a chance...that was in the early 80s.
I see deep admiration in Teju's face for Adeolu. this is awesome. I love Adeolu more, I always know he is deep, reserved and had no dent to his public image, I wish him the best. Thanks Teju for bringing him out.
This is deep conversation. Great interview. It shows in some movies that some people can act but there cos they’re popular on IG .I prefer the seasoned actors they bring the best out of a character they play. Thank you Mr Funsho Adeola . God bless you and Thank you Teju Baby face for this.
I give it to Funso Adeolu. He is well respected as an actor. He is very gently, easy going and a skilled dance. I just love his personality. God bless you more br.
Teju. Am a Nigerian based in the carolinas here in the US.. what state are you based? I really will want to meet or come on your podcast. I will like to talk some how we in the diaspora are swindled whenever you try to invest back in Nigeria. A guy swindled me $10000 in Nigeria since December 2020 and am still looking for him. He is actually a retired naval officer. I look forward to your response.
Great interview. It would nice if you could interview actress Sola Asedeko. She use to act in Tunde Kelani’s Mainframe production . I haven’t seen her on my screen in years. I hear she’s in the US too.
So if good people refuse to run for office, why are we then still hoping and praying for a better Nigeria? How will the system be cleansed and sanitized? Let the good people remain on the fence while evil continues to triumph! We are not ready!!🤣
This life insurance he just mentioned is really underrated. Even if you do not have anything, try get one. Like should be the first thing to get even before you open a bank account.

There is much wisdom in his speech. I think he sees acting more than a profession. It is a calling to him and an opportunity to be a role model.
He has become an agent or broker @22:44
