- Once upon a time, atop one of the highest mountains in the Balkans, two friends decided to do some Acro on a rock. Many, many flows occurred that fateful day... this is one of them.
The BURNY GNAR GNAR has gone through many iterations, variations, and titles. Consider it a fun way to get from Bird / Front Plank to Foot2Hand through a ton of fun steps.
We don't suggest you practice atop a rocky outcropping overlooking a steep ravine drop-off. In fact, have spotting. For reference, a photographer is not a spotter.
Big thanks to Alex Mannos (aka "Ol' Ironsides) for offering up her hip bones in the name of AcroYoga science, Udaya.com for sending up a crack film crew of skilled Bulgarian journeymen to help document the experience, and those lovely rocks we used to prop our iPhones up while just had a wonderful time flying around.
